La Bicoque is an atypical 25 m2 cabin, between Land and Sea, totally independent, in a quiet and pleasant residence. The coastal-style decoration evokes our beautiful southern region on the theme of "sea and sun". La Bicoque welcomes you for a moment of rest close to nature and all amenities. It can accommodate 2 people with two young children (possibility of extra bed) for a relaxing stay. Come and relax in the sun in a typical landscape of southern France. Its south-facing terrace of about 30 m2 with original "seaside style" furniture, with its panoramic view of the garrigue and Camargue horses, will allow you to fully enjoy the sun of our region. Come and discover summer ahead of time. Warning: The bungalow is not a treehouse but overlooks the surrounding landscape and is not overlooked. Private access to the entire home + terrace. We tell them about places to visit, restaurants to try, things to do in the area, and people to meet in crafts and producers. Located in Saint-Jean-de-Védas, the accommodation is in a prime location at the gates of Montpellier and close to the beaches. The city center market, held twice a week, allows you to shop with local producers. We are served by public transport networks, bus and tram L2 (TAM), 5 min. from the center of the village and shopping centers and 5 min. from the highway with entrance to the Saint Jean de Védas toll. Tassimo coffee machine with one pod per person provided upon arrival.

Bienvenue au "Jardin des Oliviers", un havre de paix à 10 min de Montpellier et à 20 min de la mer. Votre logement indépendant est à l'extrémité de la maison. Celle-ci, de plain pied, est entourée d'un parc de 2 hectares, et habitée par les propriétaires. Il comprend cuisine, terrasse privative, salon de jardin, 1 chambre et un salon, qui fait office de chambre (cf plan). Chaque chambre dispose d'une salle de bain et toilettes privatives. La piscine (6x12m), est partagée avec les propriétaires.

Appréciez le style cosy et épuré de cet appartement situé à moins de 5 km de la place de la comédie, de la gare Saint Roch et à 15 km de la plage. Fin 2022 nous nous lancions le pari fou de rénover entièrement une maison des années 60, afin d'en faire un lieu convivial où règne le calme et le bien-être. La maison est divisée en 3 espaces. Nous vivons à l'étage, l’appartement est au rez de chaussée accolé au studio de yoga. Vous croiserez sûrement notre petit Loki petit chien très sociable.

Completely refurbished, Le Naturel is located in the heart of a pretty town bordering Montpellier. On the 2nd and top floor, the terrace allows you to peacefully enjoy the outdoors. The separate bedroom has a 140*200 bed and opens onto the bathroom for a nice private space. The kitchen is open to the living area bathed in light. All shops are 2 minutes away. Tram 2 "St Jean de Vedas Centre" is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking spaces at the bottom of the building.

We had a fantastic stay at Hervé's place! Hervé was an incredibly responsive host—our plans kept changing due to a flight cancellation, but he took all the stress out of the situation and was always quick to help us adjust. He made us feel very welcome from the start. The house is beautifully appointed, with top-notch amenities like a great pool, table tennis, and a basketball hoop—there was no chance of getting bored, yet it was also a wonderfully relaxing space. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram. We had a wonderful time—Merci for hosting us, Hervé! Highly recommended.

We rented the villa for 12 people for a bachelor party. The place was perfect! Marie is welcoming! The accommodation is just as nice thanks to a superb decoration. Very well equipped! If we had the opportunity to come back, we would definitely do it!
