Holiday rentals with lake access in Saint-Jean-de-Fos

We loved this place with it's large, beautiful garden full of little nooks to sit in and it's spectacular view of the water. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for children. The kitchen was well equipped, the rest of the house clean and nicely furnished. There is a lovely little bakery nearby. What we enjoyed most was the peaceful and picturesque surroundings and the Olivier and his wife gave us excellent suggestions for things to do and answered all our questions promptly.

Excellent experience! Sandie is extremely responsive to messages, the accommodation matched the photos and is very well located about 30 minutes' walk from Lake Salagou. The accommodation is in a peaceful, quiet place, ideal for quiet evenings on the terrace. Sublime moment in Octon that we will not forget!

A special stay in a beautiful stone house full of character and originality. The setting in the charming little village was peaceful and picturesque, with a lovely lake just a short walk away. It felt like stepping into another world—quiet, cozy, and unique. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something a little different and full of charm.

The apartment is extremely comfortable and well-appointed. The two dedicated parking places are a real boon. It's situation is fantastic, being only two minutes walk from the lovely harbour with all it's restaurants, and ten minutes from the centre of the town. The view from the balcony is truly special, overlooking as it does the marina and the Étang, along the shore of which you can walk all the way to the Canal du Midi. We shall certainly be back.

A great welcome for my first rental on Airbnb, a spotless and well-equipped apartment for one or two people as a couple, relatively quick access to downtown Montpellier by Tramway 3 whose terminus is less than 4 minutes from the apartment, a supermarket nearby, and charming and attentive owners, what more could you ask for? Pleasant stay in Nassim and Faida's Studio. Property located in a quiet area and with proximity to the tram a 3-minute walk to the city center. This one is very well equipped if you want to cook with small touches from the owners by offering coffee tea jams etc. If you want a quiet place with public transport next door, do not hesitate to book this accommodation because it matches the description and photos of the site. I highly recommend it.

We had a really lovely time here. The house is cute and has everything you’d need. The town is small, picturesque and has some local vineyards for wine tasting. The lake nearby is great for swimming. I’d highly recommend!

The house had recently been refurbished to a very high standard. We felt very welcome there, with excellent stocks of essential supplies. We would not hesitate to book another stay there.

Sylvie was a really great host! We did not met her in person but everything was organized so well. The house and garden are great. We actually did not use the full space of the house because the garden is a great place to have a barbecue, just relax in the outdoor chairs or we brought our own hammock which we hang between the trees. There are a lot of moskitos but in the house there are nets, so no blame to Sylvie this is great!

Beautiful square. Admiring sunrise over the lagoon right from the bed, just a few steps to the sandy beach or even to the town square. Perfect! However, due to the location, there is also quite a bit of noise!

Very nice environment. The accommodation is consistent with the photos and tastefully decorated. It feels great for a romantic weekend in nature. Lots of things to do nearby. A very pleasant calm. And a special mention for Berlioz, who we really fell in love with. If he has gained weight, we apologize, but he is so cute. We loved our stay and will come back. Very kind and discreet host despite the proximity of their home. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.
