Hi to all of our past & future guests. Our home is such a great place to stay, we are just steps from the water, fishing & the beautiful sunsets. We have space for your boat or you can rent one locally. Completely remodeled home as of March 2022, there is a master bedroom and a 2nd bedroom along with a large bathroom. Guest will have access to the entire house including the lanai, patio, boat dock, boat ramp and parking.

Martin was a kind, accommodating host. We had a last-minute change in our vacation days, and he accepted the request with no problem—a welcome response. The home is decorated so nicely it seems professional, like a true beach house, and it invites its guests to relax and appreciate the beautiful waterway the home resides on. It’s easy to find, and it sits just a few minutes paddle from some beautiful mangrove forests. Thank you for hosting us on Christmas, Martin and family.

Pool home on quiet canal. Perfect condition.

The location was excellent. The house is on a dead-end canal, so not much boat traffic and open water was a 10 minutes away. The house was in better shape than 95% of the homes we saw in the area. There are 3 bedrooms and two with king or queen beds had attached bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows and linens. The house was pleasantly uncluttered, open and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and we had pretty much everything we needed. Pots and pans were in really good shape. The highlight of the house would be the deck overlooking the canal/pool and the pool itself. We spent a lot of time there. Anton, the owner, was an extremely nice guy and was absolutely an awesome host. Great communication before, during and after. We had no issues at all, but am confident he would immediately address something if it came up. I would recommend Anton’s place to anyone looking for a clean and quiet getaway. We would 100% rent again if in the area.

This is a great house to stay. It covers every detail and there is everything you might need. The decoration makes you feel comfortable and everything is very clean. We came for fishing and it was very productive! The shower pressure is awesome. The lift for the boat is amazing, we appreciate it a lot. There is also a table next to the boat lift to clean the fish, it came very handy. The house is spacious and you won’t hear the neighbors. The master bathroom and bedroom are pretty big. We felt pampered by George answering all our questions. You won’t regret staying at this house. George did a great job putting all together for guests enjoyment.

Marybeth’s house was delightful! The house is decorated beautifully and was squeaky clean. We especially loved the 3 screened porches. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Beds were comfy. For restaurants, we loved Phuzzy’s and the Blue Dog. I also had a wonderful facial at the Center of Attention day spa. If you want to experience Pine Island, this is the place to stay!

I cannot even begin to elaborate how worth the money this AirBnB experience was. From the start, Marcy was extremely responsive in making sure all of our needs were met, we knew of everything that was in the area, all of our questions were answered, and that if we needed anything, we knew she was ready to answer our questions. We had every single possible thing you could need in the AirBnB, except a vacuum (vacuum seal bags - flying - kinda our own fault there lol… too much stuff). The biggest thing for us was that we had a horrendous experience on a boat tour around the area in the day of checkout and Marcy was exceptionally more than understanding, flexible and helpful. We were frightened, overheated, had no water or sunscreen stranded on an island because our boat captain took off and wouldn’t answer our calls and she let us know exactly what to do and was extremely flexible with us about check out. Please give Marcy business. Nobody deserves it more! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This Airbnb was great! The place is just as described and the photos don’t due justice to the beautiful water view. The house was very comfortable, clean, and was stocked with everything we needed. This host was responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend and would definitely stays again!

The house was very nice and very clean. Wish the weather was better but we still enjoyed the area. Restaurants were great. Boat ramp was less than 2 minutes from house. Bait and Tackle next to ramp. There is Publix and Winn Dixie in Pine Island. We had a great time fishing the flats and just riding the boat in the intercoastal areas.
