a nice house in a quiet cul-de-sac. we enjoyed the surface, there is a large selection of dishes, pots, etc... the equipment is complete for a top stay. With 6 people, we don't step on each other. The garden area is pleasant and the surrounding nature is a plus. Alexandre is responsive to messages and is friendly. Good luck to you and don't hesitate

Great stay, the accommodation is located in a very lively campsite close to Saint Jean de Monts and Saint Hilarité de Riez. Walking distance to the beach less than 1 kilometer away. Leslie and Virginia were very responsive, always available and attentive. I would recommend it 100%.

A very nice weekend spent with the family at Franck's, who welcomed me with a smile.😊 28-degree swimming pool, very nice. We spent our entire weekend enjoying the garden , pool , terrace and of course the plancha. It has everything you need to have a good time. Happy hosting and maybe see you next time.😃

Great apartment with great views, a large pool is located in the complex, the private secure parking is worth a lot. Elisabeth was always reachable. Most restaurants on this side of the harbor are about 15 minutes' walk away. You can easily take a ferry to the other side in just a few minutes for €1.10 per trip or €3 for a day ticket with unlimited trips.

We were 4 adults and 2 children and we had a great time. The accommodation is very clean and well-equipped, the residence is quiet with easy access to children's games and petanque court. Julien was very responsive and accommodating, which allowed us to really enjoy the weekend! I would recommend it in a second.

Fabienne's accommodation was perfect for our family, the place is peaceful and safe. The house is functional and the pool a stone's throw from the accommodation is great!

We had a wonderful stay in this charming cottage! The location is really fantastic - once you cross the promenade, you are right on the beach. You can start walks from there and see the sunset in the evening. The house itself is functionally furnished. The two terraces, one to the front and one to the back, are great. However, a small downside is the layout of the rooms: the toilet is on the ground floor, while the bedrooms are upstairs. This can be a bit impractical at night, especially for families with small children or for people with reduced mobility. Overall, however, a really great holiday home, which we would like to recommend – and will certainly visit again!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment meets all expectations. The location is breathtaking, the view phenomenal. Never seen such great sunsets. The apartment is very nice and lovingly furnished. The kitchen with dining area is great. The bed very comfortable. Communication in case of questions was successful. We'll be back. Highly recommended.

We just had a very good stay at Denis and Patricia's house, who gave us a very warm welcome. They were responsive to our questions, no complaints. The house was consistent with the photos, functional and very clean, in a quiet environment, close to all amenities. Everything about it is excellent We 100% recommend this listing.

I was in the accommodation for three months for work and felt comfortable from the start. Quiet location with a beautiful view from the balcony to the sea. For the great sunsets, just walk 2 minutes to the beach. The decor is exactly as shown in the pictures. Supermarkets can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. During my stay (mid-March to mid-June), I was able to park easily in the gravel parking lot opposite the building. On public holidays, however, it was already well occupied - in summer it could therefore become tight. Overall, a very pleasant and functional accommodation that I can only recommend. Ghislain was always available and regularly inquired if everything was okay. Top host!

The marine accommodation is located at the foot of the sea , which is very nice for morning , evening walks, a location for the car, clean accommodation.
