Waterfront holiday rentals in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay

I've been to a lot of Airbnbs, but Dominique's apartment at the old port of Granville was great. Perfect location and parking space in front of the door. The next morning after arrival, she brought a baguette and fresh croissants. Bottle of cider upon arrival. In the apartment, everything was really present, if you want to cook you lack nothing. South-facing location with the sun all day. Good restaurants next door, but still everything is very quiet in the apartment. Except for the seagulls that loudly announce the arrival of the fishing boats, but that was also the great charm for us.

Superbly well located accommodation, close to all shops and restaurants but also to the historical sites of the region. It's even more spacious than we thought, and the view of the harbor and beach is exceptional. We are very satisfied with our week-long stay here!

We went as a family of four adults. Jocelyne’s place was as described and much more. She is responsive and clear with communication.The 180 degree views were the highlight of our stay. The whole flat is immaculate. It had everything to give you a relaxing home away from home. We explored the walks and beach nearby and we got great recommendations for food in Granville. Le mont St michel is about 40min drive and worth going to. I would highly recommend a stay.

This is the second time we have booked this accommodation and we will definitely come back! An incredible little studio that gives the feeling of being suspended above the sea. An irreproachable calm, 12 minutes walk from the center of Granville with charming shops. The accommodation is extremely clean and well equipped for a comfortable and rejuvenating stay for two. Stay for work, perfect accommodation

Magnificent view of the port and the sea. Very quiet residence. Very well equipped, with dishes and appliances. Impeccable cleanliness. We had an exceptional stay. Thank you Hélène.

We had a very nice family stay at Géraldine's place which is ideally located: we went to the beach on foot every day and we took full advantage of the access to the heated pool as well as the bar (yummy the waffles and ice cream), the children's playground and the educational farm at the nearby partner campsite. The sunny weather only enhanced the experience. The deckchairs and garden furniture on the terrace are a real plus! As well as the many toys made available for children. They had a great time, we felt like we were at home. Not to mention the large amount of dishes made available in the accommodation. Friendly and very pleasant stay!

Celine's place is fantastic! There was plenty of room for our family of 5. House was clean, nicely decorated and kitchen was well stocked to prepare dinner after a trip to the grocery store. Beds were comfortable and the view of the English Chanel was great! Location was excellent! Short drive to D-Day activities and Bayeux. It was a short walk down to the English Channel, which made for very relaxing evenings. House was very easy to find and operating the lock box was easy as well. Everything was as described and we were very pleased with our experience overall. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

amazing view, beautiful, clean, well received by Marie-Line. She gave tips for visiting sights. 5 minutes' walk from the beach. There are plenty of eateries on the beach where you can eat cheaply (by Belgian standards). Bakery at a small 3 km. Top accommodation, top location and TOP view!!!

We had a lovely weekend. The accommodation was as Virginie described, peaceful and a beautiful view of the bay and Mont St Michel. Small touches were waiting for us in the accommodation. Communication with Virginie was extremely friendly.

Excellent stay at Isabelle's, the house is very nice, well-equipped and warm. Catherine's welcome and responsiveness are both professional and friendly. The garden is just exceptional, worthy of a botanical garden and with the singing of birds. We also enjoyed having an aperitif facing the sea, a plus.

We will probably come back to this house. Very pleasant stay, well-equipped house, we immediately felt good there. Thanks to Gaële for hosting us.

A small, warm cocoon in a beautiful setting. We spent a few perfect days in this little house facing the sea in a peaceful and relaxing setting. We'll be back!!

A wonderful long weekend getaway! A great place to stay, ideally located, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Our hosts were very welcoming and attentive, with very good suggestions on activities and places to visit. The apartment is a real gem.

Such a fantastic spot. I will never tire of the view! This was our second visit. We enjoyed meals on the terrace and took in the view over the harbour at every opportunity. We slept well in the comfortable bed after walks around the area with lots of fresh air.
