Nous avons passés un excellent séjour chez Stéphane, un hôte réactif, accueillant et à l’écoute. Il fera tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable y compris avec collations, glaces et boissons fraîches à notre arrivée. Quartier agréable, avec un accès rapide à pied aux métros, RER et bus. L’appartement est d’une propreté remarquable, très bien agencé et équipé. Espace chic et épuré, conforme aux photos. Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement et c’est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain séjour parisien. Elsa et Florent.

Wonderful location in a charming, quaint part of Paris. The apartment is small, but has everything you’d need for a stay in Paris. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. I loved the location. After long days of exploring, it was a peaceful retreat. There are several cafes and brasseries nearby. Phillipe was very helpful when I asked for dining recommendations. I hope to come back to this lovely apartment if I’m in Paris.

We absolutely LOVED staying at 21 Place Dauphine! The location near Notre Dame and right across the bridge from the 6th Arr. is absolutely perfect! There is a precious courtyard with a wine shop and little cafes and locals playing bocce that was a delight. Beds are comfortable (pillows were a little hard), and the a/c works great. The stairs up to the apartment are original and treacherous if you don't have great mobility - just be careful! Luckily, there was a small elevator to transport our bags up to the apartment and my older parents just used the elevator to go up and down. The kitchen has what you need for cocktails and snackies and, but don't plan to cook a meal there. Every morning we went to a boulangerie within walking distance & brought back pastries & had coffee in the apartment w/ the windows open & birds chirping and it was magical. One of our favorite restaurants within a 5-minute walk was Chez Fernand on rue Christine! (need rezzies, for sure)

We had a wonderful stay at Sixtine’s! We arrived early and she was happy to let us check in ahead of time. She also provided a travel cot for our infant and had it set up for us! You cannot beat the location, amenities, and beautiful view of Paris’ signature rooftops. From the beginning of the trip to the end, Sixtine provided perfect communication. We were very well cared for. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Lovely apartment in great location. Nadav’s place has a spectacular view of Sacre Coeur and the Paris skyline. The flat is immaculately designed and contains some really lovely art, ceramics, etc. It’s really cosy, is equipped to the highest standard and has a useful workspace. The 2nd Arrondissement is a cool place to stay, close to the central tourist attractions but with a great vibe of its own. Nadav was a splendid host, keeping in touch in the run-up to our stay and very responsive to the few questions we had. I’d recommend this to anyone seeking a modern, chic place in a super district of Paris.

Xavier's place is in the heart of Paris. With a peek of our heads out one window, we had a view of the Eiffel Tower and out another window, the Musee D'Orsay. The D'Orsay is an easy couple of blocks away. On the same block or two are a number of restaurants, small shops, bakery, and a couple of cafe's. Quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of Paris, but a close walk to all the sights. Xavier's place had everything we needed and felt wonderful and cozy to return to at the end of a long day taking in Paris' sights. Xavier took care to show us around his place and how everything worked. We would absolutely stay there again after a wonderful first visit to Paris.

I stayed at Bernadette and David's apartment for a month and it was perfect for me. It looked exactly like it does in pictures (the eiffel tower view is even better!). It had everything I needed for the month. The balcony's were great. Plenty of storage for a months worth of stuff. The building was nice and in a great area. It was exactly what I was looking for and exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Fantastic apartment in the best neighborhood in Paris! Equipped with all the necessities for your stay, this place is the perfect home to base yourself to explore all of Paris. The apartment is extremely quiet and very clean. The host very responsive to any requests as well as providing local recommendations. Elevator, AC, and washing machine are major pluses for extended stays!

If you're looking for an authentic Parisian apartment experience that is elegant and comfortable - this is the place. City balcony on the front and the windows in the back open onto a park setting (ruins of a medieval gladiator area!) with trees and birds singing.

Spectacular location in the heart of Paris. We walked everywhere during our weeklong stay. The neighborhood is vibrant and everything you need is within a couple of blocks, including the Seine! Hosts were friendly and helpful, went out of their way to share local recommendations. The space is lovely and had all amenities.

Very nice apartment in a fantastic location in the heart of Paris. Steps away from a metro station and close walking distance to so many great restaurants and cafes. My family and I had a great holiday here. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Paris! The location was perfect — just steps away from cafés, restaurants, and some of the city’s best sights — yet still a quiet spot to come back to after a busy day. The hosts truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They filled the fridge with thoughtful snacks, drinks, and even a bottle of champagne to celebrate our trip, which was such a generous and welcoming surprise. Every corner of the place was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our Paris adventure. We’re already looking forward to staying here again!

Maria and Thibaud’s home is an excellent choice for a few days in Paris. It's conveniently located, the apartment is beautiful, clean, and fully equipped. Martin's apartment was the PERFECT place to stay for our first trip to Paris! The location cannot be beat, everything is so easily accessible. So many great restaurants and shops right on the street and in the neighborhood. Metro was super easy to find and use for places that were too far to walk. Martin was a great host and always responsive. We had a bit of trouble with the codes for both doors during check in, but after we recieved the keys, there is a fob that easily opens both doors and had no further trouble. It is worth noting the apartment is a third floor walk up, so don't overpack luggage! The apartment itself is spacious and clean, we were so happy to have the extra space. The bath towels could use replacement, as they are small and super scratchy/bleach stained, but we have found the same thing at Airbnb's in other parts of Europe. I would just consider packing my own for next time. Overall, we had an amazing stay and will definitley be staying here on our next trip!

Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

The location of Mawei's apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the city! It was super convenient to get around and explore. The apartment was easy to self check-in and very clean. It was in a very quiet neighborhood while being only 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Great bakeries and restaurants were within a couple minutes walk. We'd definitely stay here again!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.
