Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint-Georges, Paris

We visit Paris often , and this apartment is one of the best ones!

My sister, niece and I stayed here for 10 days. We absolutely loved it. The apartment looks like the pictures and was spotless. So much fun to live like a local! There are two bedrooms; one is super large and has an en-suite shower and sink, but no toilet. But there is an extra water closet across the hall. The other bedroom is also nice sized and across the hall from a full bath. The living room has a pullout couch, and my sister said it was comfy. The location is great. An easy five-minute walk to two metro stations. There are two bakeries in close proximity and a fruit and vegetable store right downstairs. A supermarket is about a block away. The host was wonderful and friendly. He was also flexible and let us check in early from our overseas flight. Much appreciated. If you’re going to Paris, you should stay here. It was a great experience.

Beautifully decorated and fully functional apartment in a very accessible but slightly quieter location, great for longer term or family stays. Alexandre was very responsive and also very accommodating. I would definitely come back here when I'm in Paris.

Juan’s place was amazing – beautiful atmosphere, stunning views, and great value for the price. We already knew we loved this part of Paris, and the location couldn’t have been better. Communication was excellent – replies came within minutes, and thanks to his great restaurant tips, our food orders turned out brilliantly too.

Beautiful newly remodeled place with pristine furnishings in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and trains. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and greeted me upon check in and helped me during check out. I have been to Paris a few times and this was my favorite stay if you are not looking for a big group stay. I was very impressed. Thank you Kazumi!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming apartment in Montmartre! Great location and the place itself was super cute and cozy. We enjoyed the classic vinyl selection too, made our stay very special. Communication was smooth, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I’d happily stay here again!

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

This place is a real hidden gem—super special, with a great location near the Luxembourg Gardens and just a 10-minute walk from excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. François is a very helpful host and was incredibly kind to us. Since we were traveling with a baby, we needed some flexibility with check-in and check-out, and we also needed some mugs in the kitchen, which he brought as soon as he could. The air conditioning worked really well, which was much appreciated with 33-degree weather in Paris and a baby! We loved the place and will definitely come back next time

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Tarik welcomed us with incredible warmth and a personal tour of the entire home, showing us each room and every amenity. His home is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and spotless. What truly sets Tarik apart is his hospitality and communication. He is the definition of a Superhost. One thing that really stuck with me was something he said during our tour: “I always put myself in my guests’ shoes and treat them how I would want my own family to be treated.” That statement perfectly reflects how he hosts—with genuine kindness, care, and attention to every detail. Tarik goes above and beyond in every way. He is personable, respectful, and truly dedicated to making sure guests have the best experience possible. We can’t recommend his place enough and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Tarik!

Very nice and lively neighborhood in the evening: everything is within walking distance. Private parking space is a real plus. The apartment is in all respects consistent with the photos and description: 1 double bedroom on the ground floor plus an bathroom and a children's room; upstairs large bright living room with very well equipped kitchen + master suite with shower. Only slight downside: the rooms do not have shutters, the curtains only obscure the light of day when neighbors opposite (who must be insomniac; mdr); but nothing very serious and it is largely compensated by the quality of the bedding and the accommodation as a whole! In short we recommend and will be back! A big thank you to Daphne who allowed us, when we arrived, to pick up the accommodation 2 hours before the scheduled time (which allowed us a short visit to the nearby Grévin Museum)

We had a wonderful stay at Fatiha’s apartment! Our family of six adults felt very comfortable—the space is incredibly spacious and well laid out. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and both the air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly throughout our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big bonus for us. Overall, we were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Lovely quirky small house right in the centre of Paris with great transport links and walking distance to lots of the attractions too. The house was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children.) We loved the style and even though in central Paris it felt like a very quiet and safe space. The host was always very responsive to messages, sent clear directions and instructions for entry. We were very grateful to be allowed an earlier check in and later check out time. Thank you very much for a brilliant stay!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

This is our second time staying in Christine’s apartment, it felt like coming home again! The apartment itself is light & airy, quite & centrally located to many touristy locations or just a short Metro ride away. The small kitchen has all the basics needed for short stays but you’re close to many fantastic cafes & coffee shops that you’ll likely not even use it like us. It was handy to whip up some nibble boxes for our picnics on the Seine though. Christine is lovely, very responsive & helpful. Highly recommend.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Perfect apartment in the 9th! What a lovely find, this space was ideal for our family of four. Great location and easy to walk to everything. Wonderful cafes and boulangeries down the street. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spotless. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking light meals. For warm nights there were fans and with windows open we could sleep well despite the heat. Great decor and comfortable set up. I would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!
