You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. I stayed here with my family and we loved the place. It's a nice neighborhood and a great place to stay. Frederique was lovely and gave good recommendations for things to do in the neighborhood and in Paris.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

As the owner of the house, Sophia is very hospitable.She gave us clear instructions on how to get to the station. She was always there if we needed anything. We had a wonderful vacation in Paris thanks to her lovely house and pool. The city center is 3 stops from her house and it's easy to get there. We are very satisfied and happy that we were lucky enough to stay there. The turtles and the sweet cat visited us regularly, so we felt at home.Thank you Sophia ☺️

We were a family of 8 adults. The house incl. conservatory, as well as the garden with pool and many seating options were super nice and spacious. We were all very comfortable. Communication with Françoise and Pascal was great. We always got a response within a very short time. We highly recommend this property.

Marc’s studio combines being close to Paris while enjoying quiet surroundings. With two metro lines at a 10 minute walk you’re well connected to anywhere. The place itself is situated in a quiet area and when entering Marc’s place you are in an even more quiet and beautiful garden. Truly recommend!

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

Such an amazing stay! It had such a beautiful aspect overlooking the garden with so much natural light through the apartment and was just the perfect size. Anouk & Anton were both very helpful and kind. The price was also great and it’s right near the train station, so super easy to get into the heart of Paris. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful accommodation, where you feel very good. The green environment, as well as the decoration, encourage tranquility, especially after having evolved in the Parisian crowd. The location is a perfect compromise to enjoy Paris and recharge. We also delighted in the choices offered by the library, which perfectly complements this little haven of peace. We stayed there during a heatwave and slept with the windows open: not a sound disturbed our sleep. It's precious! A small fan is available and was welcome. Thanks to Julie who was very responsive and very clear in her information, we will be happy to come back.

We stayed at here as the location was perfect for the airport, and 30 minutes in to the center of Paris ( short bus ride and metro) The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The area was quiet and the local shop and bakery was only 5 minutes walk.

We had a very good stay at Alix & Sylvain's. Our hosts were very responsive to our questions. The accommodation is similar to that described on the site. The area is peaceful, we slept very well. And thank you to our hosts for the little touches, such as the bottles of cold water and the presence of a fan, in these hot times.

This place is a real hidden gem—super special, with a great location near the Luxembourg Gardens and just a 10-minute walk from excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. François is a very helpful host and was incredibly kind to us. Since we were traveling with a baby, we needed some flexibility with check-in and check-out, and we also needed some mugs in the kitchen, which he brought as soon as he could. The air conditioning worked really well, which was much appreciated with 33-degree weather in Paris and a baby! We loved the place and will definitely come back next time

Pascale's instructions were very clear for the arrival. The location of the accommodation is very convenient because it is located close to the RER A: ideal for getting to Paris quickly, and the accommodation was very quiet, at the back of a large garden, surrounded by greenery.

We were very happy Roland and Sophie were very welcoming and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The detached house is well organized and clean, located in a nice quiet area. The location is great for getting to the center of Paris by subway. We highly recommend it.

This is a very beautiful and cozy house, if you see the same photos, the lighting and ventilation are great, Eleonore is a very kind host, who will kindly remind us that if the room is too hot, we can open the window in advance to ventilate (because the temperature just rose to 29 degrees when we went) And it also provides an electric fan and a hair dryer. My husband and I had a very nice stay here❤️

We were very satisfied in the studio at Hamoudy. Everything was super clean and everything was prepared so that nothing was missing. We cooked every day and there was nothing missing in terms of equipment. Hamoudy even proactively asked if we needed anything else and offered us an air conditioner, as it was very warm. The neighborhood feels a little unsafe in the evening/at night (we are two young girls), but since the gate to the street is locked, the front door is also locked and everything is under video surveillance, we felt very safe as soon as we were there. We even always ate outside. Bus stop and Meteo are within walking distance. By public transport, it only takes about 45-50 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The Stade de France is 20 minutes' walk away. The nearest Lidl is 3 minutes' walk. We would like to give the greatest praise to the host Hamoudy. I've never had such a nice, courteous and immediately responding host. Clear recommendation!!!!
