Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Artist studio at Montmatre

Véritable atelier d'artiste, dans une petite rue qui part de Pigalle. De nombreux peintres ont habité l'immeuble depuis sa construction au 19 ème siècle. L'atelier , situé au 2ème étage est aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, confortable, très bien équipé, haut de 4 m sous plafond, lumineux, les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur la cour, pavée et arborée de magnolias et de rosiers. Le temps est suspendu, le calme, la douceur de la lumière, les célèbres ateliers de la butte Montmartre, au coeur de Pigalle.

Salle de bain avec douche, lavabo et WC. Il dispose d'un meuble lit qui se rabat contre le mur pour avoir une banquette. Proche de gare de l'EST et gare du NORD dans une rue calme avec une fenêtre donnant sur une cour. Nombreux restaurants à proximité. Proche du canal St Martin, Montmartre, Palais Garnier et du Marais.

À environ 5 minutes à pied de La Fayette , poche de Montmartre et du Sacré-Cœur. Les lignes de métro 2, 12, 3, 7, 8, 9, RER A, rendent l'accès facile à Champs-Élysées, à l'Arc de Triomphe, au Louvre et à la Tour Eiffel. Récemment rénové, avec ascenseur, donnant sur un jardin intérieur, ce studio de 25 m2 peut accueillir 2-3 personnes. L'accès à l'immeuble est protégé par un code et une carte, la présence d'un concierge. À proximité se trouvent les supermarchés, ainsi qu’un parking payant.

Parisian garden studio

30 m2 studio, on garden, in the heart of the 9th arrondissement. The excitement is just a stone's throw away (Pigalle, Montmartre, Haussmann) but the street is quiet, and the windows overlook greenery and birds. The apartment is a small pied-à-terre, filled with books and life. Perfect for solo trips, romantic weekends, or to find tranquility in the excitement of the capital. P.S.: it's a semi-basement (it's always cool in summer) and there's a bathtub (rare in Paris!)

We loved our stay in this charming and cozy Pigalle apartment! The host and her daughter were incredibly attentive and responsive, and the welcome treats they left were a lovely surprise. The location is perfect, a fantastic and cool neighborhood right near the metro and great local spots like restaurants, cafes, shops, grocery stores and good French bakeries. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we especially enjoyed the sound system, a wonderful detail that filled our stay with great music. Check-in was smooth and easy. Just a heads-up, there's no elevator, so be prepared to carry your bags up two flights of stairs. This was an authentic Parisian home, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

My stay was absolutely perfect and I would 100 percent stay at the studio the next time I’m in Paris. Lots of great restaurants and cafes very close to the apartment. Everything was a short walking distance including the tourist spots. The apartment was very clean and spacious with all the essentials. I wish I could have stayed longer. It was a perfect stay.

My mum and I stayed in Laura’s apartment and it was fantastic! The location is great for getting around, we love walking so we walked everywhere and this was a good place for our base to be. The apartment is perfect, we really felt like we had a taste of Paris in the apartment. Laura was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying! I am already trying to work out when I could visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s apartment in Paris. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with Vincent was always quick, friendly, and very professional. He provided clear instructions ahead of time and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well – which we really appreciated. The apartment is in a lovely Parisian neighborhood, not far from Montmartre, with great cafés and restaurants all around. A special highlight is the beautiful rooftop terrace – perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. Highly recommended!
