Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Saint-Georges, Paris

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

I have just returned from an amazing five nights in Paris. Nathalie’s place was my base and it really felt like a home from home. It was equipped with everything I needed, including a coffee maker with excellent coffee, and tea making facilities. There is a shop very close by where you can get supplies. It was very hot while I was there but there was a fan so I was able to keep cool especially at night. As a lone female traveller it felt very safe and secure only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the nearest station which was 15 minutes into Paris, and there were always other commuters going in the same direction even when I came home very late one evening about 11:30 pm. Nathalie was very friendly and welcoming, and very quick to reply to emails if I had any questions. Lovely Anya, the cat was always on hand to welcome you back at the end of a busy day, she is very sweet. I would definitely recommend this lovely little apartment in a peaceful setting.

Jean Yves was extremely welcoming, even staying up to greet us on our late arrival, and we felt at home immediately. The accommodation was lovely too, with a beautiful, relaxed outdoor space which was perfect for a long breakfast. Despite being out of the city centre, it was very quick and easy to get into Paris and we enjoyed the contrast of very peaceful accommodation and local area (with a boulangerie and supermarket practically on the doorstep) with the ease of getting into the centre of Paris. Would highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft von Dale und Gilles ist wie eine kleine Insel der Ruhe in der Metropole Paris. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet (unter anderem gab es auch Kaffee, Tee und ein paar Snacks im Kühlschrank), man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig, mit der Metrolinie 9 kommt man schnell ins Zentrum von Paris. Dale und Gilles waren wunderbare Gastgeber, sie haben uns früheren Check-In ermöglicht, uns persönlich empfangen und tolle Tips zu Restaurants gegeben. Wir waren glücklich, bei Dale und Gilles wohnen zu dürfen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage bei Euch!:)

Superbe logement, où l'on se sent très bien. L'environnement verdoyant, ainsi que la décoration incitent à la tranquillité, surtout après avoir évolué dans la foule parisienne. La localisation est un parfait compromis pour profiter de Paris et se ressourcer. Nous nous sommes également delectées des choix offerts par la bibliothèque, qui complète à merveille ce petit havre de paix. Nous y avons séjourné en période de canicule et avons dormi les fenêtres ouvertes : pas un bruit n'a perturbé nos sommeils. C'est précieux! Un petit ventilateur est disponible et était bienvenue. Merci à Julie qui a été très réactive et très claire dans ses informations, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Unser Aufenthalt was super im Airbnb von Benjamin. Es ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und man bekam nichts vom Grossstadttrubel mit. Das Airbnb war etwas weiter vom Zentrum entfernt, aber man konnte alles sehr gut mit der Metro oder dem Bus erreichen.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Je suis satisfait! L’appartement est conforme aux photos et les hôtes sont d’une bienveillance et gentillesse impressionnante😌

Celine was a great host. She assured me that it was a family friendly area and we will enjoy our long awaited trip to France. Place is clean, bright and felt safe - I would stay again. The patio is perfection and we loved sipping coffee out there watching the people below. There are a lot of stairs and the bathroom with the shower was wonky (very clean) but all the charm made up for it. I was prepared and packed very light (backpack only) and it was fine.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfanden die Unterkunft als absolut gelungen. Eine der besten Unterkünfte die wir je gebucht haben. Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an Elodie.

what a beautiful airbnb, would absolutely stay here again! great location as it’s walkable to montmarte, train station, notre dame, etc. we loved having espresso on the balcony every morning and the shower was so nice! spotlessly clean too

The apartment is lovely! We really enjoyed our stay and especially loved spending time on the balcony. The metro station is very close-by, and it's the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Paris :)

The area is amazing. You have everything nearby as well as beautiful Monmartre. The piano was a big advantage! The only thing I would recommend to change is the quality of the pillows and bed linen. Or you can bring yours as well. In winter is a bit cold but we still could enjoy the apartment.

Bu evde ikinci kalışım. Bu yorum olarak yeterli olmalı aslında. Shabnam her zaman muhteşem bir ev sahibi. Ev çok iyi, balkonda saatlerce oturmak çok huzurlu. Metro, RER ve otobüs duraklarına çok yakın, çok yakında süpermarket var ve 15 dakika yürümek isterseniz Eyfel'in önündesiniz. Evde, ihtiyacınız olan ve unuttuğunuz her şeyi bulabilirsiniz. Çok ta tatlı bir ev sahibi.

Patrick and Franck's apartment was perfect for our 4 day stay in Paris. Close to 2 major rail stations it is in a diverse neighborhood offering ethic restaurants as well as the traditional brasserie and a very good cafe/ patisserie. It is an easy walk to the Canal St. Martin area and several Metro lines can be found close by. Patrick and Franck had a great list of good places to eat and places to check out waiting for us which we took advantage of. The area and building were quiet at night so no trouble sleeping after a long day of walking. Their apartment is quite modern with up to date appliances and bathroom even though it is in one of the beautiful older buildings in Paris ( built in the 1850s I believe) It was perfect for the two of us. It is a 5th floor walk-up however which we were told about in advance. Patrick and Franck were easy to communicate with, answered our questions quickly and even allowed us to check in earlier than we expected which was a big help. Perfect stay!

Wij hebben drie nachten in dit appartement verbleven en zijn erg tevreden. Het was makkelijk te vinden en we konden gratis parkeren op straat, wat ideaal is als je met de auto komt, zoals wij. Het appartement was ruim en schoon, precies zoals op de foto's. De communicatie met de host verliep soepel; ze reageerde snel op onze vragen. Toen we bijvoorbeeld niet wisten hoe de magnetron werkte, kregen we direct een duidelijke uitleg. Er is een mogelijkheid om met het openbaar vervoer naar de stad te reizen, maar dat hebben wij niet gedaan. Voor ons was dit iets te omslachtig vanwege overstappen. We kozen ervoor om met Uber te reizen, wat erg goed werkte, er was altijd snel een Uber beschikbaar. Al met al een prettig verblijf, vooral als je houdt van rust en niet midden in de drukte van de stad wilt zitten. Je krijgt een groot, schoon appartement in een rustige omgeving.

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito e ordinato, con una cucina molto funzionale. Era disponibile anche del te, caffè per un benvenuto. E' presente un piccolo giardino ed un portico dove ci si può sedere per un piacevole relax. Situato nel quartiere del Marais vicino a ristoranti, supermarket e fermate di autobus e Metro. Eric è stato molto ospitale accogliendoci ed illustrandoci esternamente i siti più importanti e all'interno dettagliatamente tutta la casa. L'unico neo il bagno che non ha nè finestre e nè un aspiratore efficace. Grazie per la bella esperienza.

Die Lage war sehr ruhig, ganz nahe von DER U-BAHN. Selbst die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es war alles dabei, was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Dusche.

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

El departamento puede parecer pequeño pero realmente nos encantó este lugar. Tiene todo para una estadía comoda, el anfitrión penso en detalles para el huesped y eso hace que el lugar se destaque sobre el resto. Tiene un pequeño jardin con plantas y aroma a flores. Todo estaba muy limpio, lo que siempre es importante, y eso nos hizo sentir muy a gusto desde el primer momento. Además, tengo que destacar la amabilidad de Kris, siempre estuvo muy atento y disponible. La ubicación también estuvo genial, cerca de todo lo que quería ver, con buenos restaurantes y muy buen acceso al transporte. Sin duda, volvería a quedarme aquí y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que visite París. ¡Gracias por todo!

Logement facile d'accès et surtout coller à la gare donc très pratique pour se déplacer dans les alentours de Paris. Je recommande.

Tout était parfait chez Franck. Le logement, l’emplacement… Nous sommes venus voir un match à Roland Garros et c’était idéal. Notre hôte a eu la gentillesse de nous attendre jusqu’à 1h du matin pour nous accueillir puisque nous avions travaillé toute la journée et venions de Strasbourg. Il est d’une gentillesse incroyable ! Je recommande ce logement ! Et je garde précieusement le contact pour une prochaine visite !

Very good stay, station about 8 mins walk, easy to get around. Nice neighbourhood and felt safe coming back and forth. Place is exactly like pictures. Will stay here again.
