Sur un terrain boisé de plus d’un demi hectare, ce gîte vous permettra une totale déconnection… Situé à 20 minutes du mythique circuit des 24h du Mans et du zoo de la Flèche, vous pourrez également découvrir les grandes villes à proximité, Le Mans 30mn, Angers, Tours et Laval 1h. Petit déjeuner possible en fonction des disponibilités à 7€/personnes.

The "La Terrasse du Loir" Gîte is private (opened in 2021), you will be alone in the entire gîte. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2025: Heated pool from March 28 to November 2 inclusive. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. 115 m2 cottage + large 24 m² terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5 km from the Zoo. Accommodation capacity 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 bedrooms).
