Enjoy the cozy and uncluttered style of this apartment located less than 5 km from Place de la Comédie, Gare Saint Roch and 15 km from the beach. At the end of 2022 we made the crazy bet to completely renovate a house from the 1960s, in order to make it a friendly place where calm and well-being reign. The house is divided into 3 spaces. Our dwelling is upstairs, the apartment on the ground floor it is attached to the yoga studio. Each space has its own separate entrance.

Have a pleasant stay in our 26m² studio, close to Montpellier Centre and beaches (Palavas-les-Flots: 15km, La Grande Motte 30km). Welcome to the village of Lavérune west of Montpellier. Linen provided (sheets, towels). Small outdoor area on the courtyard side with a barbecue and umbrella to enjoy the sun. A bay window overlooks the garden. Animals allowed. Check-in is autonomous with a key box, from 3 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. maximum
