Wonderful cosy place in an old mansion, and very friendly host.

We had a great time. Valerie is a pleasant and available host. The accommodation is very well located, spacious, properly equipped. However, the bedding needs to be changed. I recommend 👍

At Claire and Cédric's, you immediately feel at home (but better!) with the neat decor in the 1950s, a nice little garden with a large table on the terrace that we enjoyed in the evening, quiet! Comfortable and recent equipment, you can cook good dishes, and the two bathrooms and toilet are spacious and the shower is great! Note the incredible cleanliness of the house, which we want to pamper. In the evening ( or at siesta time) leave your eyes hanging in the beautiful library (made by Cédric, influenced by Charlotte Perriand) and settle into the comfortable armchair to read a good book or comic book. We spent 15 days in this haven of peace in the middle of a heat wave in the coolness of the house. The mezzanine (master bedroom) is certainly less cool but the fan is efficient. The house is located close to the center and the famous market which takes place 3 times a week. As for Rochefort, a white city of history, its location allows the discovery of the Charente Maritime. On the sea side, consider going around Ile Madame, accessible at low tide. Finally, Claire is very communicative and concerned about your well-being. In short, a beautiful place to recommend!

We had a lovely stay in Thomas' house and on the island of Oléron. Very good location, quiet, not far from the beaches (with surf spots) and next to the center of the village for local shops. The house is nicely renovated, very well equipped, also with lots of books, games and dvd available to take care of and have fun with the family. The island of Oléron (and its surroundings) is a beautiful destination, for lovers of cycling, nature and history. Lots of entertainment on the island in summer. It's hard to get bored. All villages are easily accessible by bike via bike paths or by car (very quickly). Thomas was very responsive to every question/message I sent him. Great host, very good accommodation and very nice holiday destination!

Super complete accommodation It was just one night out. We didn't take advantage of it too much but it's our concern;) €40 cleaning a little high for a quick passage but we kindly wanted it;) the accommodation was very nice! Perfect! Thank you and congratulations on your reno project

A small house welcoming for holidays, in a very quiet area and closest to the island of Oléron where there are plenty of places and activities to discover. The accommodation is very nice, well equipped and clean. We had a great vacation!

Well-equipped house in a quiet neighborhood. The common areas are large and pleasant and the bedding is good quality. There is free public parking and a convenience store 2 steps away. The 2 attic bedrooms are not suitable for "very large" people, however there are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. Amandine was pleasant and very responsive. We had a great stay.

We had a great time at this modernized and tastefully decorated townhouse. The location in the center of Royan is ideal, with the beach 10 minutes walk and shops in the immediate vicinity including the famous central market and a Super U. The garden is a haven of peace with its well-appointed terrace.

The most friendly, flexible and helpful host shared her home with us in beautiful Île d’Oleron. It’s a lovely house in a quiet corner of St Trojan Les Bains. Well equipped and so comfortable, within walking distance of the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Isabelle was fantastic! Thank you!

We had a great stay,perfect for relaxing. La Tremblade is a very peaceful and concivial small town. Walking every day ,all side by side on foot. Walks between forest and ocean ,beach , 10`. Very nice restoration made with a lot of Love everything is beautiful and cozy .Valou and Tof are in the image of this little cocoon. Great hosts. We recommend 100%. And if we can come back .

Anne Marie is a generous and kind host. The gifts when we arrived were much appreciated. The house was very comfortable and the garden is beautiful. The road is quiet but within easy reach of the town centre. Having secure parking was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would return to the property without hesitation. Thank you.

Comfortable clean modern house. Great location for walking into the harbour, shops and restaurants. Pool is great. Friendly responsive hosts. One bedroom is a curtained off area of the living space and only one bathroom
