Located inside the Golf, very quiet place with garden, allowing you to rest under the pine trees. The apartment is fully functional and well-equipped. The beautiful Cordouan pine beach is accessed by a bike/pedestrian path, which is very nice when you don't want to be in the middle of cars. Brigitte and Daniel are very welcoming. In short, our stay went very well.

We had a great week in Régine and François's beautiful apartment, offering panoramic views to the ocean. The terrace, spacious and very pleasant, was a real plus to fully enjoy this grandiose view. The apartment is impeccably clean and of exceptional quality, perfectly equipped. Nothing is missing, everything has been thought out for our comfort. Régine and François are friendly, welcoming, and very responsive hosts, both before and during our stay. They were also very accommodating, and their little touches upon arrival touched us a lot. The location of the apartment is ideal: in a quiet area facing the sea, with direct access to a superb beach. The city center, with its restaurants and shops, is just a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride. Soulac is a charming and beautiful town. A big thank you to Régine and François! We had a great stay with our 13-month-old daughter: everything we needed was there and it was safe for her! The accommodation was impeccable, the garden very pleasant. Possibility of eating on the terrace, in the garden under the umbrella. We were lucky: Louise's family's vegetable garden was too productive and we were able to enjoy it. The accommodation is in a very central location, which allows you to do many activities on foot. Communication was very smooth with Dimitri and Florian. Small regret of having to go get the keys 6km away in a place with limited opening hours. You have to think about anticipating his arrival. The apartment is very good and consistent with the description, although a little dark. We would have liked to find the beds made on arrival but it did not affect our stay.
