Brilliant option for a base to explore this region. Emilie and Nicholas were fabulous hosts, the room and house were delightful - so tranquil and comfortable. It was lovely coming “home” to our room in the chateau after a busy day exploring the region. So much to do and see in this area. But waking up to a crisp October morning and having breakfast (all local produce - yum!) overlooking vineyards as far as the eye can see was surreal for us and quiet breathtaking. Best stay we’ve had so far in our 3 month Europe adventure.

Very nice independent accommodation, with its bathroom. The environment is really peaceful and Véronique is very nice. Breakfast is delicious. The accommodation is really quiet, 4 km from Saint Symphorien, surrounded by nature.

I stayed here during my internship in Bordeaux. The room was exactly as expected and really clean. Florence was beyond kind. From lending me a bike to helping me practice my French, to giving me a hand with my luggage, Florence made sure I was well-taken care of. She was an attentive host and went the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had a pleasant stay at Isabelle's. Isabelle is really caring and warm, just like her husband, who didn't hesitate to explain the bike paths to us to ride and discover the area. Isabelle also arranged with the bike rental company for them to arrive at the same time as us at the accommodation. everything was really great, the peaceful room, the relaxing garden, the smell of soothing jasmine. a big thank you for this stay.

We spent a short stay at Martine and Norbert's, very charming and very welcoming in a private property with a large garden with trees and flowers, a very quiet and relaxing place. Breakfast was very hearty with fresh and delicious homemade products. A big thank you to Martine and Norbert for their welcome and kindness. Recommended without hesitation

We had a wonderful stay with Joy and Alex (and Hero and Coco). From the lead up to the visit where Joy was incredibly helpful with directions to our arrival which was incredibly welcoming we were delighted with the lead up to our stay. The Pigonnier is set in a picturesque location and is a great size for a couple to share. Breakfast next to the pool each morning was a particular highlight and Joy was wonderfully accomodating with our visit around a wedding that we were attending. We would absolutely recommend staying here for a great base for visiting the local area.

Our stay at Agnès and Didier's beautiful home was excellent! The room is spacious, charming and clean. Breakfast is a delight every day, with fresh fruit, homemade treats and bread and pastries of the day. Agnès and Didier are the perfect hosts, very sociable and helpful, while respecting your peace and privacy as a guest. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy the charm and French hospitality par excellence in peace!

Keramice is a fantastic find! Valerie is such a wonderful host. Her place is loaded with nice to have amenities in the rooms and common areas and she is a delight to chat with! She had several suggestions for local places to eat that were great. It's very easy to get to, Google maps took us right to the door. We are looking forward to coming back next time!

Our 1 night stay with Gaby and Werner was just wonderful! We could have easily have stayed a few nights longer if time would have permitted. The B and B is located in a beautiful location, the house is nothing short of stunning, we really appreciated the history of the home and the fact Gaby and Werner were happy to explain the history of the home. The house is so warm, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We opted to enjoy the 3 course meal, wow, the quality of the food and wine was first class. We loved meeting Kiki the dog and the four cats, makes it so homely. The absolute best part for us was the conversations we enjoyed with Gaby and Werner, such kind and friendly people. We recommend this B and B, try to stay more than one night!

The accommodation is very well located, in a quiet area and close to public transport which makes access to the center of Bordeaux easy. The bedding is very good and Claude's welcome is charming.

Our stay in this beautiful historic and superbly renovated home went very well. Our host Sabine was very attentive to us, she was very attentive and ensured our comfort at her home. We would highly recommend her place and would happily stay there again.

A beautiful interlude in a magical place in the middle of oaks and local plantations. The architect's house, built on the model of a Landes sheepfold with pine cladding and bordered by a swimming pool, is particularly welcoming and encourages idleness and contemplation. Nadine and Gilbert are very attentive, both discreet and considerate. A foot reflexology session provided by Nadine and a good restaurant address given by Gilbert punctuated our stay.
