Beautiful stay at Monsegur. Very private, peaceful stay with friendly locals. Julien is wonderful- nothing is too much bother and we visited his parents family run restaurant which was opposite the house and our favourite place to eat during our stay. Kids loved the pool and garden. Highly recommend.

Communication before the stay was very good. A nice terrace/pool, although cool, was very enjoyable. Comfortable bedding and close by car to St Emilion.

Our party (5 couples) stayed at the property looking for an authentic experience of French food and wine, and hoping for a bit of rustic luxury sprinkled on top and this place did not disappoint. Everyone was blown away by the house's beautiful interiors, exteriors and amazing views. The house had everything we needed (and more). We loved the large outdoor table where we could all sit comfortably for a social breakfast and enjoy the stunning vistas. The location of the house is superb, surrounded by beautiful views and very peaceful. The bike ride to St Emillion took us along quiet country roads, meandering past many exquisite chateaus and vineyards. Finally, special mention to our wonderful host Ellie who couldn't do enough for us. Great recommendations, excellent local knowledge, extremely helpful and thoughtful, super fast to respond to any messages, and really flexible and generous.

A beautiful moment of relaxation after a long motorcycle ride. Swimming pool, fountain, lights, pleasant and well-arranged natural space. a much appreciated breakfast to start the day. i recommend it.

Very nice, super well-equipped house, everything is a nice ❤️ accommodation in the middle of the vineyards 10 minutes by car from Libourne and all amenities including a superb bakery (Feuillette)! christophe's place is really perfect. the place is peaceful and relaxing. the state of impeccable cleanliness. Since it was a little cool, the heater had been turned on, and water-soluble coffee and small jams were available. Communication with Christophe was friendly and warm. a very good place that I would recommend.

Anne’s guesthouse is a lovely little gem. It’s tastefully furnished and decorated and has a lovely location at the back of the family’s garden. The shared pool is a nice bonus, it’s very refreshing to cool off on a hot day. The neighborhood is very nice - residential, quiet but right next to the parc and within walking distance to the center (15-20 minutes). Anne is a lovely host; she and her family are a pleasure to stay with. You will also get to meet family dog Tina, who loves to play in the garden. 🐶

We had a great stay at Christelle's for one night. Everything was as described. Very good quality accommodation, new, very well equipped kitchen and bathroom, impeccable cleanliness! We felt right at home. Very nice terrace. Christelle's little touches are a real plus. We strongly recommend

Apartments full of charm, very well located in the heart of the old town of Libourne. Very quiet and refurbished with great taste, and attention to detail. We loved the record player with the vinyls! Excellent stay in this haven of peace! We loved the atmosphere of the house that invites you to travel, each room is tastefully decorated, it's a place that has a soul, which contrasts with the usual IKEA decoration... A big thank you to Christine for sharing her world full of memories. We'll be happy to go back.

Our stay here was wonderful. The house is roomy, nicely decorated and quite new. There is a very large laundry with washing machine and drying racks (no dryer), a large kitchen and meals area, two large bedrooms and a large outdoor area. The air conditioning is efficient and there is another air conditioning unit in the loft bedroom. The bedrooms have shutters to keep out the light and the beds and pillows are comfy. The TV is a smart TV and there are wineries everywhere in the area. As others have mentioned, there isn’t a toilet in the upstairs bathroom. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom are narrow and steep and this may pose a problem if you need a toilet in the middle of the night. Also, as the apartment is a little remote and has numerous windows at ground level, one may feel exposed. The windows are double glazed and the lock is strong but we closed the driveway gate to feel more secure. It was quiet and peaceful and we loved our stay.

Clean and functional accommodation. Located in a quiet area with a view of the vineyards and sunset if the weather allows. just plan for mosquito repellent.😉

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Petit Cinq Ruffe. Caroline and Paul were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The property was lovely and met all our needs. The location was very rural and quiet; exactly what we had hoped for. The welcome included a lovely platter of local produce and delicious wine. We thoroughly enjoyed it! We would not hesitate to highly recommend this property.

Had a wonderful stay at this home. We had six people and there was plenty of room. The house is very clean and had great lighting-loved the windows. In a very peaceful area and felt very secure. My husband liked the walking trail. Views were awesome and close enough to Bordeaux to pop in to see the sights.

Nathalie and Hubert were very kind and friendly. The place was pristine, beautiful and relaxing. You have to hire a car to visit places in Bordeaux but Hubert provided many great suggestions of local wineries and things to do. He was always responsive and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone thinking about visiting Bordeaux.

Location was fabulous. Apartment was wonderful. I loved sleeping with the windows wide open overlooking the beautiful town. This is an older village townhouse restored with care. Having a garage for the car was a must have. We went to the Sunday market at Libourne and cooked a wonderful meal from the best ingredients. The restaurants in town are very good but very ex pensive. We were happy to grab pastries in the morning I would love to stay here again.

This was one of the most amazing, if not the most amazing, air bnb experiences I have ever had. First, the location is incredible. You feel like you were placed in the middle of an ethereal countryside with nothing but rolling hills, the sound of birds, a gentle breeze and an occasional hello from the hosts smiling sweet dog Ella. Second, the house itself is exactly like the pictures on the listing, if not more beautiful in person. You can tell Sara has worked as a designer because the interior decor is stunning. Everything is so comfortable and clean and forces you into a state of relaxation immediately. Lastly, Sara herself is an angel. She will do anything in her power to make sure your stay is as peaceful and stress free as possible. I have never had a more helpful yet non-invasive host on Airbnb. If you are looking for a magical retreat into the gorgeous French countryside I couldn’t recommend this place more. I would plan a trip back to France simply for this air BnB. 1000/10!!
