Super comfortable cottage, very well equipped, good bedding, super nice pool, playful setting thanks to the animals, spacious shower, products available. The place is very quiet, lawn well appreciated for morning sports! We liked the fully-equipped kitchen, our meals near the pool, and the exemplary cleanliness. We had not planned beach towels, think about it because it is the bed and bath linen that is provided. We were extremely well received and the location is ideal for discovering the surroundings of Tours! The bedroom upstairs is hot but equipped with air conditioning, you have to remember to turn it on before going to bed to cool it down.

The stay was great, it is an authentic cottage on the property where the owners also live. The house is cozy and rural and very neat and clean. It is very rural but at a good distance from all amenities and there is plenty to do if you want, many beautiful castles nearby and beautiful towns. The garden and pool are beautiful and we enjoyed this very much, as well as the sound of all the birds around us. Anne and Yvon are very attentive, friendly and helpful owners who are there for you at all times should you need this, on the other hand, they also respect your privacy. Absolutely recommended!

A lovely home in a quiet rural setting. Comfortable and tastefully furnished and decorated. About 4 km out of tours. Two large bedrooms upstairs with an en suite shower in second bedroom and another shower off kitchen downstairs. One toilet downstairs and another outside back door. Good heating in all rooms. No air con or Wifi. We really enjoyed our 6 day stay.

Great brand new and complete accommodation

This property is very special! I loved my time at it. It is such a warm property with so much character but has all the modern elements that are needed for a comfortable longer stay. The internet speed was fantastic as well and I could telework with no issues. The property is private without feeling isolated. I would love to return to this property in the future!

Karine, is a thoughtful host. I had never woken up in a rental with warm croissants waiting for us. We had the flexibility to check out, as there were no other guests afterwards. It’ an unique old house located in the middle of the nature. Lovely quiet place with big garden. Patrick and Benny are really nice hosts, very friendly. We also enjoyed company of little dog Lilly and 3 peacocks.

Rental as described. The house is located in a quiet street, 15 minutes from the center of Tours. We really enjoyed its comfort and charm. The small garden with an arbor allowed us to eat outside. Very friendly welcome from Antoine, available and good advice.

We had a very pleasant stay at Alexandre’s house, which proved to be a great starting point to explore the Loire region with its beautiful castles! The house matches exactly the pictures and description. The kitchen in particular is very well equipped for those who like to prepare their meals at home. Supermarkets and other stores are easy to reach by car within minutes. Communication with Alexandre was very easy and we appreciated his readiness to help with every question that came up. All instructions were clear and provided on time. We recommend!
