Superbe appartement, magnifique terrace sur la plage de Carnon. Litterie et mobilier au top. Place de parking en souterrain. Tous est accessible à pied. Je recommande à 100%.

Cet appartement est un havre de calme et de tranquillité ! Il est situé dans un quartier résidentiel et tranquille, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement des deux terrasses à disposition. Il y a beaucoup d'équipements à disposition dans la cuisine, la salle de bain est également très agréable. Attention à la hauteur de plafond de la mezzanine qui ne plaira pas aux trop grands, et aux escaliers pour y accéder qui peuvent être impressionnants.. Mais personnellement j'ai trouvé cet espace très cosy ! Le tram est à 5min de marche pour rejoindre le centre-ville rapidement ; et plusieurs campus universitaires sont joignables à pieds depuis l'appartement.

J’ai passé une excellente nuit dans cet appartement. Tout était parfait : très bien équipé, propre et confortable. L’hôte est particulièrement attentionné, avec une belle surprise à l’arrivée . Le parking sécurisé dans la résidence est un vrai plus. Je recommande vivement, et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir si l’occasion se présente ! bravo pour ce professionnalisme --- Souhaitez-vous un ton plus chaleureux, professionnel ou original ?

Le logement était absolument magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et parfaitement propre. Tout était impeccablement rangé, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable dès les premières minutes. L’hôte a été extrêmement disponible et réactif, ce qui nous a mis tout de suite en confiance. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés — une vraie pépite !

Uno dei migliori alloggi mai trovati su Airbnb per una lunga serie di motivi. Anthony è stato di una rara ed estrema gentilezza fin dall'inizio, accompagnandoci con grande disponibilità per tutto il tempo fino alla nostra ripartenza. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, curato nei minimi dettagli, estremamente pulito, con un uso sapiente degli spazi e buon gusto nell'arredamento. Il balcone è un gradevolissimo angolo relax da vivere. Molto comodo anche il box auto. Residence silenzioso e tranquillo in zona molto servita.

J’ai passé une nuit agréable dans cet appartement, faycel à été accueillant, agréable, et facilitant. C'est un petit cocon douillet propre et bien situé. Tout etait parfait je reviendrais !

What a fantastic place! Top floor of an apartment right in the heart of Montpellier with restaurants, bars, bakeries, stores - pretty much everything within minutes. Being on the top and with a good size balcony was really what made this place special. We had breakfast daily on the balcony and then a nightcap after our day’s adventures looking at the lights of the city. Having the bed up in the loft made the place feel even bigger. AC worked fine and communication with Chihab and Melissa was great. We’d definitely come back here and stay for a longer time.

What can I say .. stayed a month, and could have stayed a year. One of the best apartments we have booked. As the photos indicate the decor is both very beautiful and practical [comfortable living area, very well provisioned full kitchen, good bed and linen, clean and functional bathroom, plenty of storage space, separate TV loft). The apartment enjoys lots of light streaming in through the French doors onto a delightful little balcony. Air con and heating both excellent. Location perfect, central but quiet. Véro and David are generous and attentive hosts. Cannot recommend enough. Note: recycling bins for glass and paper/plastic are located nearby in Place Molière, and there are Biodéchets (brown bins) at various locations across Montpellier.

As everyone else has stated, this is a really fantastic place to stay. The apartment is really lovely - huge windows, great light, even more spacious than it appears in the images. It's a very well appointed Airbnb, and felt more like an actual home than many do these days, but without any clutter or unnecessary knickknacks. The location is great, with most anything in town being a very walkable distance, and the train station is only about five minutes away. Nicholas was very helpful and communicative, and we would highly recommend him as a host.

I enjoyed my stay at this centrally located apartment in Montpellier. Karim was very friendly and quick to respond, making communication easy. The bedroom is wonderfully protected from both sunlight and street noise, so I slept very well. In the bedroom, I noticed some soft, intermittent indoor sounds (perhaps from ventilation or a neighbour’s boiler), but they were minor. Even though I am very noise sensitive, a simple pair of earplugs made it not an issue, and I would happily stay here again.

agréable week-end de Pentecôte dans le sud, ce petit pied à terre permet la tranquilité de l'intérieur des terres avec la mer à quelques encablures

Le logement de Anais et Jonathan etait sympa pour un petit week end ,proche de la plage et des commerces . la piscine est partagé mais nous avons en profiter au retour de la plage il n y avait personne. Top je recommande Jonathan a été arrangeant sur notre horaire de départ légèrement décalé. Merci 😉

Sublime pour passer un moment d exception l appartement est juste magnifique décoré avec goût et raffiné et propre et les petite attention comme la brioche du petit déjeuner . Nous recommandons vivement .
