welcome from Daniel friendly. clean and quiet accommodation you just have to plan to arrive from the time mentioned on the listing. Impossible to adjust the temperature of the heater that arrives through a duct from the owners' house. Extra heating of the bathroom present but does not work,otherwise beautiful peaceful environment.

This accommodation is in all respects consistent with the description and photos. It is new, very clean, very quiet and really very well located. The city center and restaurants are nearby, there is no need to take your car. We would recommend this listing for a stay in Brive.

The place perfectly matched the description and our expectations. The terrace is a real plus , the residence is quiet and the bedding is quality. Annabel is available and her hosting was very warm. We'll be happy to go back!

The accommodation, meanwhile, was a real little cocoon. Very cozy, tastefully decorated, cute and impeccably clean. We immediately felt good, like at home. Everything was perfectly thought out for a pleasant and stress-free stay. It was our very first solo experience on Airbnb, and honestly, it couldn't have gone better. Thank you to Kate and Phil for their very warm welcome, we had a great stay in the Rosiers apartment! We really enjoyed the pool, and we were able to enjoy the (private) garden with our dog. The apartment is very comfortable, and ideally located for exploring the area.

First and foremost, we had a wonderful stay in the bird house… which is aptly named 🐦‍⬛🦉 Time flew by and all the participants were really delighted. The setting is superb, the house is more than pleasant and the amenities are great! To be warmly recommended

The gîte du Perchoir Corrézien is really superb and perfectly matches the photos. The place is very nice, the bedding comfortable, and everything is spotless. The hosts are warm and very good advice to discover the surroundings. I highly recommend it!

Great welcome by the hosts who live next door and are available if needed, very good communication, the house is very nice with a large comfortable living room for 8 and a well-equipped kitchen. 2 large quiet terraces with enough armchairs and deckchairs for everyone, we were able to eat outside and test the plancha. You can park easily next door, Cajarc is the perfect village to visit the region: bars, restaurants, shops ( an excellent butcher), a new super nice bookstore... Big love for the house, its hosts and the village Very good value for money: it was perfect.

Easy check-in with clear instructions. Well renovated house, with charm. Complete equipment. If you are looking for peace and quiet, don't hesitate. Close to many must-see sites (Sarlat, Rocamadour, Padirac...) Small pleasant courtyard for meals.

Very welcoming and accommodating, Françoise offers comfortable and well-appointed accommodation. The floor will be reserved primarily for children because it is an attic. The cottage for children is a plus! Stay for 4 adults + 3 small children.

Very nice house in a quiet area, very very clean, and above all very well equipped, nothing is missing, you feel at home! The bedding in the double bedroom is very very comfortable. This house is very well located for visiting, close to the castles, Sarlat (15 min), 10 min from the Eyrignac gardens and water gardens, 1 hour from Rocamadour and Gouffre de Padirac... Catherine (the owner who lives in the house next door), is adorable, discreet but very available if needed. I highly recommend this house. Very good address.

The place is beautiful! Even more than the pictures show. The pool was such a hit - specially on those 38* days. The grounds of the property are very well maintained. Delphine was very responsive and went out of her way to help me when I lost my wallet. Thank you for letting us use your place, it sure is a memory the kids won’t forget about :-)

i would recommend it to everyone!!!! close to the city center by car, very clean apartment with a terrace that is too cute. hosts are more than nice! Go without a second thought.

I had a great time in Aveyron. Pauline was very available and answered each of my questions. There was a small welcome booklet in the apartment that was very clear about the accommodation, which is recommended, the host municipality and the surrounding area. Very nice and very good value for the money. I hope to return soon.
