Waterfront holiday rentals in Saint Armands Key

Jeffery’s rental was perfect. He has such an eye for detail and it’s beautifully decorated. Our view of the ocean from the sitting area outside the rental was spectacular! The space contained everything you would possibly need and was extremely comfortable. This is our second stay at Shell Cove 1 and we highly recommend it to others.

Cute as a button! Super homie! Steps to the beach! Had everything we needed. The place was just as described and walkable to almost everything. Great location! Fabulous house! We will definitely be coming back to stay with Debra. The sunroom is absolutely the best spot in the house!

For two teachers with two young kids wanting to get a beach break to start summer vacation this was the perfect place. It is a quaint space but we had everything we needed and the location and amenities were fabulous. Being able to walk to the beach and having a nice pool was a huge reason why we booked the it and it exceeded our expectations. When we arrived there was sand in the bed and the shower was not cleaned but it was fixed the next day, and when we tried to use the beach umbrella and it was broken, a new one was brought later that day. Kristen is quick to respond, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we would stay there again.

I visit Sarasota every year and stay each time at a new place. This year I wanted to do something closer to the beach and Siesta Village. Matt’s spot was perfectly located for this due to being so close to the beach and every night we walked to the village for dinner/nightlife which was about 15 minutes walking distance. Overall a great place for 1-4 people if you’re looking for a nice chill vacation.

Everything was great, perfect location and perfect space for the two of us for our getaway. Air conditioning worked well in bedroom and living room/main area (I think some people previously commented on it being hot & the entry area is warm and not directly air conditioned, but the unit had several fans in the closet). We didn’t find this to be a problem at all for us. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. The only “complaints” if you could even call them that was that the WiFi did not seem to work no matter what we did and the water pressure wasn’t ideal for my husband, yet didn’t bother me too much so maybe that’s subjective. Overall, the owners were very accurate with what was offered and received, and they were very responsive as well, answering any questions we had very quickly, and calling us when we had a small issue with parking at first when we got there. They were friendly and asked how everything was going during our trip and we appreciated that very much.

A wonderful stay in Siesta Key, great location - could walk to the beach or a short drive with free parking. We felt right at home here. We would recommend this stay and would consider booking here again :)

We loved our stay here. The place was well wiped for the beach and plenty of towels. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, and used the hopper to go eat yummy seafood. Elvis communicated quickly and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Lovely place to stay so peace full and quiet stores 2 mins away was a great stay 10 minutes from the beach will stay again !!

Just checked out of Kate’s place! What can we say, as a family of five and also our parents we had the most amazing stay. The property is as described, super clean and spacious! The kids loved the pool area and spend countless hours playing around the pool and with the vast array of games throughout the villa. The Area was beautiful, gorgeous beaches and friendly people! Kate was an amazing host, always insightful, friendly and very responsive. What a fabulous family holiday full of lots of new memories created. Thanks Kate!

Marko’s family home was beautiful, charming, and spotlessly clean. The home is perfectly located, walkable to beautiful beaches and great restaurants and shops, including the market. This home was just as described, beautiful, clean, all the amenities you would need plus some! Beds are super comfy and each room has extra linens if needed. Sandra is very responsive and very nice. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Florida.

Very nice home. A lot of nice touches, like a list of local recommendations. We tried Mama Gs and it was spectacular. Also don't miss Sarasota Jungle Gardens which was a few streets away. We found the home was perfectly located for visiting downtown Sarasota, St Pete, and Anna Maria Island. I particularly enjoyed just looking around the yard at the different plants, there were mango trees, avocado trees, and some other nice flowers. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. My family really had a great time and this is a beautiful home to stay in while in the area. I would definitely recommend. Oren was also very responsive which I appreciated, even though nothing major came up, it was nice to know he was available. Thanks for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home.

The house was great. Very spacious, well equipped, very clean, and close to the beach. We all love it.

We had a very good time at Siesta Key and enjoyed our time at Maureen's place. The building is older, the amenities are well maintained and the condo itself is well cared for. I did find some mystery stains on the mattress and the decorative pillows in my room, but I'm guessing they are just spills that were difficult to get out. More importantly, the boat dock is usable, albeit with some difficulty if the boat is larger than 22 feet or so. We figured out on the second day that the best way to dock was parallel to the intracoastal between the posts and to tie off with lines on either side of the stern and with a single line on the bow. I would check ahead to make sure the dock is available, but we had no other boats docked there on a holiday weekend. The private beach access was a lifesaver on a holiday weekend, despite the short walk required to get there. Having both intracoastal and beach access is the biggest value of the place in my opinion.

Great place to stay. Very quiet and serene. Overall a very pleasant experience. There were a few things I would improve upon, but just from my personal experience. None of which greatly took away from an otherwise fantastic place to stay: 1) The check-in process to enter the location is inconvenient (have to scan in driver's license each time) - this has more to do with the association and security than it does the management company / unit. 2) While the communication was very proactive, it was a bit numerous. I had to comb through various emails to find certain information. Perhaps either include the necessary information (parking spot #, keypad code, etc) in every email, or in the initial email and email on the day of check-in. 3) One or two of the things in the email did not match what was in the booklet on the kitchen island (i.e. the parking spot # or where the second fob for entry to the elevator/gym/etc). Contacted PMI and they were appreciative of the feedback.

Amy was the most responsive host I have ever had on Airbnb. I appreciated her hospitality.

Our stay with Eric was amazing! We needed a quick beach weekend and this exceeded our expectations. His unit was as described with luxury towels and bed linens. Beach closet was bonus…the cart, cooler and chairs was much needed and appreciated! I messaged Eric prior to our arrival asking if there was a volleyball in the closet so I could add to our grocery order if not. First thing I saw as we walked in the unit was a new volleyball sitting on the table awaiting our arrival! Way above and beyond! Easy check in and check out. Actually, our flight was ahead of schedule and Eric allowed us early entry to get our trip started a bit sooner! This was our first time visiting the area and definitely plan on returning and will stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Responded immediately and positively to all our questions. Can’t wait to get back and stay here again! We feel lucky to find this place! Thank you Angel and Andrew!

Such a beautiful place to stay! Very clean! The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes you will need. The view was amazing!!! The free trolly into the village was so easy. The beach accessories were so nice to use. All we had to do was cross the street and we were on the beach. The pool area was also very nice! Grilling area was nice and clean and a small smoking area so my husband could enjoy a few cigars. Great communication! Thank you! Was a fantastic vacation!

The place was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen had everything we needed and overall quiet surroundings. The beach was very close and easily walkable even with children which was a plus! Great place and great location!
