Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. The Hunter Valley vineyards start here, with Broke & Pokolbin vineyards 45 minutes away. We are a Haflinger Horse stud on 210 acres, with show jumping and eventing facilities. Great for couples and families, the Back Forty Solar Cottage is a fully featured off grid solar home with all of the comforts and space to relax.

The Loft at Kyangatha; an idyllic farm stay less than an hour's drive from Sydney. The Loft is a quirky sandstone and timber hideaway just 30m from the river. Your hosts live on the top floor of the large two storey home with your self contained apartment with all facilities taking up the bottom floor. The alpacas are very friendly and love to be fed by hand.
