This pleasant house, very spacious and bright, about 60 m² on the ground floor has two steps at the entrance. It is located 8 km from the medieval site of Guédelon. 6 km to St Sauveur en Puisaye where the Colette House and Museum is located. 15 km from Saint-Fargeau, its castle and show, and the Bourdon reservoir for swimming. 12 km from St Amand and its pottery. Sofa bed in the main room, suitable for children. We do not wish to receive smokers and pets.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!
