Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

We welcome you to the Strietpartment! In a former bank branch you will find 2 spacious bedrooms with queen beds and enough space for your luggage. The spacious living and dining area is complemented by the cloakroom in the entrance area and an office corner. The kitchen offers everything you need, as well as a small coffee and tea bar, which will make your day easier. In the bathroom you will find a large shower with rainwater shower and a towel warmer!

In the house itself, there are then 15 steps up. Number of Guests is limited to 3 here. If more guests want to come, please send a request. By arrangement, it is possible for more guests to come. A double air bed can still be placed.

Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

The stay was excellent. The area very quiet, we had our own car parking space and the possibility to charge our hybrid vehicle for a fee. The apartment itself was very clean, equipped with everything you need and simply a wonderfully beautiful style in the interior. The terrace was also very cozy and most used by us, thanks to nice weather. The hosts are very friendly, responded quickly to any questions that came up and gave us everything we needed for check-in in advance. You can tell in the communication and in the apartment itself that the family loves to host from the heart. We will be happy to come back.

We had made the accommodation booking for an employee. Unfortunately, I cannot make a clear statement about the apartment itself, as we were not there ourselves. All necessary booking information was provided to us after booking, so we could easily forward it to our employee. Communication in advance with the host was always friendly and purposeful. We are happy to book this place again when needed!

we stayed at the property for 8 days and enjoyed it very much. The apartment has everything you need and was very clean and above all cozy. The area is also very good for walking. Mario welcomed us very warmly and we were even allowed to check in a few hours in advance as indicated. The tenants in the house were also very friendly and even gave us coffee when we didn't have one, really very warm people and outside smoking you always talked briefly. Loved it and we will come back when we are around. Clear recommendation.

The three of us were in Johannesburg for an extended weekend and were very satisfied with the apartment. One person can sleep well on the couch and Celia even provided us with an air mattress. The kitchen was very well equipped and it was very clean. The furnishings are lovely and the view from the terrace into the greenery is totally beautiful. Highly recommend!
