Holiday rentals with a sauna in Saigon River

This is a nice place to stay. It is very accessible because there are numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops in the vicinity. Especially it is very close to Sai Gon's center.

Great apartment, very big and comfortable. The only thing that needs to be changed in my opinion is the mattress...because it is extremely hard, apart from that the apartment is a 10. Clean, fragrant, the staff responds quickly, super nice bathroom to shower and the place is in a very beautiful place with several things to do. The best place in Ho Chi Minh. I highly recommend it!

I had an amazing stay here! The building exceeded my expectations - its luxurious feel made me forget I was in a condo, not a hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the lovely scent at the entrance was a nice touch. Getting around was effortless, and foodies will love the abundance of street food options nearby. Plus, it was surprisingly quick to reach some fantastic restaurants. The pools were stunning, showcasing the architect's attention to detail. But what truly made my stay special was the host's exceptional hospitality. Their fast responses and helpfulness made all the difference. I'll definitely book this place again for my next trip and highly recommend it to anyone. 100% satisfied!

It was really great time to stay in David Tran’s residence. So clean and cozy. I recommend to stay his residence and I am definitely come back his residence next time.

Host was very helpful and was very responsive. kept guiding me right thru my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean .The host helped me to keep my luggage post my check out time which was very nice of them . in fact they offered to get it picked up and keep it safely which is very rare of any . Thao is a great host, she always check in with us. The apartment is close to everything, very convenient, clean and tidy. I gave 4 stars for the value if you travel as a family for 4 person. But if for a couples then it is better to stay at the hotel.

Great place with easy transport to all sites in HCM. The apartment complex had incredible facilities and was great. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in saigon!

Beautiful room, light, cozy decor. The lobby is nice, the receptionists and the security are very friendly. The internal utilities are very good, the pool is large, there is a very ideal place to walk.

We enjoyed our stay very much Anna was always on hand before and after to help us. We felt at home in her beautiful place. It had everything, comfy beds pillows clean towels. This apartment has a very secure area and peace environment, easy to find and easy to get to those tourist sites. Host are friendly with a team to follow up everything include some pick up and keep bag services. Definitely will return back to this lovely and warm apartment.

The host was so kind ~ Even though it was late at night, they welcomed our family ~ Needless to say, the house was so cozy and comfortable. The cleaner is also a really warm and nice person. This was the best group place to stay! The spacious and clean space, as well as the pool and karaoke room, I had a great time without getting bored. The facilities were well maintained, so I was able to rest comfortably, and the host was kind and attentive, so I was even more satisfied. This is a place I definitely want to visit again next time!

An amazing villa experience! I had such a chill vacation at this villa. As soon as I stepped in, I was hit with a modern yet cozy vibe—perfect for “Insta moments” with every corner looking stunning! The rooms were spotless, fully equipped, and there was a spacious balcony where you could just sit back, relax, stargaze, or enjoy the city view. The host was super friendly, giving us great tips on nearby food spots and popular check-in places. The villa is located right in the center, so everything is super convenient—cafes, bakeries, tourist attractions, all just a few steps away. What I loved the most was the relaxed atmosphere—both luxurious and homey—that made me want to extend my stay! If I ever come back, this villa will be my top choice for sure. Seriously, note this place down if you’re into photography and looking for a top-tier spot to unwind.

Good place that matched the description. It was a really great place to rest at. Location was a bit tough to navigate for our driver (16 seater). One room had mould on the ceiling including the bathroom. It wasn't as bad though but just something to consider. Whole place was very spacious and we loved the kitchen.

My family and friends rent this house for April 30. The house is centrally located, convenient transportation, large alley accessible, quiet. The room is new, clean and tidy, just like the description. People are very friendly and hospitable. Thank you Host Hang and Mr Tam for having us these days, the house was so nice and clean. Definitely will come back next trip

We booked one month and wished we could have stayed longer. I will try to explain why. First, this is a completely different kind of property offering a lifestyle that isn't possible in a hotel, condo, or the typical homestay. Second, the front deck faces the valley and gets the morning sun filtered by trees. The front door can be opened to make it part of the living space. It was nice to be able to enjoy the sun without getting too hot. The garden below surrounds you with lush vegetation. Third, the house has a homey feel, a well supplied kitchen, a heat source for cool mornings and evenings, excellent shower, supply of drinking water, etc. Fourth, a motorcycle is conveniently supplied at a lower than market price, to enjoy all that Da Lat has to offer, including the beauty of the surrounding countryside.

Me and my family are very satisfied during this holiday, everything was just as I expected from the information booked on Airbnb The house is beautiful and the status quo is new as the picture, clean, friendly staffs support quickly. I have changed the check in time but you guys are still very enthusiastic. I would recommend to my friends about this villa very suitable for vacation and small party. Thank you very much to the host!
