Chỗ ở trung tâm thuận tiện thăm quan và đi lại. Gọi xe taxi hay xe công nghệ đều tiện. Khu nhà ở yên tĩnh dù ở trung tâm Q1. Đội ngũ nhân viên tận tâm mình để quên quần áo sấy xong ở máy sấy mà câc bạn gấp lại đưa tận phòng. Mình rất vui vì đã chọn địa điểm này để ở. Có dịp nhất định sẽ quay lại.

Fantastic stay at The Shades Homestay! The room was clean and spacious, with a good sized bathroom and the funiture was very comfortable. Located near a lot of restaurants and cafes in district 1. It was located down a couple of alleyways which meant we weren't disturbed by outside noise. We arrived late due to a flight delay but the host was very helpful in arranging our meet up with the building manager on arrival. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Very comfortable apartment in the heart of District 1 and Bui Vein walking street. Lyn was easy to reach and an excellent host!

Шикарная квартира с потрясающим видом на реку и город, в квартире чисто, у каждого своя комната, есть самооткрывающийся туалет и комната-сушилка, сплит система в каждой комнате. Из минусов отсутствовал чай, кофе и сахар, это было бы плюсом ☺️ в целом остались довольны, ставим 5 из 5

BEST HOST EVER!! I’ve stayed in AirBnbs in over 30 countries now and Tina is the best host I’ve had. She was so responsive, kind and incredibly helpful. I had a meeting for work with a man who couldn’t speak English and Tina took the time to come and act as a translator, all without asking. I am so incredibly grateful to her. I wouldn’t have been able to have a successful meeting without her help. The place is spotless and location is amazing. Highly highly recommend, you can’t go wrong!! Will 100% be back soon.

Appartement fidèle aux photos. proximité de la piscine et de la salle de sport très appréciable. machine à laver et séchante pratique pour les longs séjours. l'appartement est calme mais un peu sombre. un peu loin du centre de Saigon mais le métro situé à 600m vous y emmène directement en 10mn. Toutes les commodités sont au pied de l'immeuble.

I was very satisfied for the second time staying airbnb host by KayStay. I can see the improvement compared to the last time I stayed. For example, the keys for all guests and fast response when i need help. Overall everything was perfect.

We had a great time in Saigon. The accommodation was clean and as advertised, in a great location with lots of sites and cafes in walking distance. (Inc post office, cafe appartments, book street etc). We would definitely stay here again when returning to Saigon!

Great 3-bedroom apartment that was perfect for our family. Super spacious, clean, and the beds were really comfy. Had everything we needed for our stay. The location was super convenient, right next to District 1, so it was easy to get around. There’s a 7/11 and lots of shops and food option right downstairs, which made things really easy. The host was super friendly and responsive throughout. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The location could not have been better—right in the heart of the city and walking distance to all the top attractions you’d want to visit. The Airbnb itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight and a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Ruby is very professional and accommodating. We wanted to extend our stay for one more day and she arranged it swiftly for us. She also tried her best to get the apartment ready for us to check in early. Overall she is lovely to work with.
