Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

Attention: L'entrée de l'immeuble est vétuste, sa rénovation est prévue et a commencé. Appartement de 28m2 dans un petit immeuble, parking gratuit (hors saison) devant l'entrée. L'appartement est très calme avec vue sur les montagnes et les arbres verts. Il y a un grand lit de 200x200 et un canapé de 120x180. Situé dans la rue principale,près de la place centrale et de l'office du tourisme.
