Holiday rentals with a patio in Sagunto

Wir haben uns 4 Wochen sehr wohlgefühlt in Marias Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, es ist alles vorhanden was für einen längeren Urlaub benötigt. Der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt und jeden Samstag ist nur zwei Straßen weiter ein wunderschöner Bauernmarkt. Selbst für den Strand hat Maria Stühle und Sonnenschirm und zum Einkaufen ein Trolley. Liebevolle Begrüßungsgeschenke, wie Leckerlies für unsere Hunde und Kaffee und Kekse, sowie eine Flasche gekühltes Wasser waren hinterlegt. Wir können die Wohnung und deren liebevolle Vermieterin nur wärmstens empfehlen. Lieben Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt in deiner mit Liebe eingereichteten Appartement.

Herzensempfehlung! ❤️ Javier ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben - sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl. Es ist alles Wichtige vorhanden und sollte etwas fehlen, besorgt Javier dies sofort. Javier wusste , dass wir mit unserem Baby anreisen und es war alles vorbereitet (Bett, Hochstuhl und sogar Spielzeug). Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für die schönen Tage bedanken. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt! ☀️

Estuvimos 4 noches en Valencia, el apartamento es perfecto para una estadía de 3 o 4 días. Tiene todo lo necesario en un espacio reducido pero no por eso incómodo, está muy bien decorado , todo impecable y tiene detalles de muy buen gusto. La cama y las almohadas son muy cómodas , la ducha del baño muy buena, solo le diría que ponga toallones más grandes por decir algo. Artem respondió siempre inmediatamente nuestras consultas, aún cuando llegamos muy tarde a la noche, él estuvo conectado con nosotros. No lo conocimos personalmente pero es una persona muy amable educada y muy predispuesta a ayudarnos siempre. Por supuesto recomiendo 100% el departamento de Artem, ojalá pueda volver algún día.

La casa es tal y como se muestra en las fotos, muy amplia y bonita. El acceso muy fácil y Tatiana responde a los mensajes con mucha rapidez. Sin duda un acierto alojarse en su casa.

Carlos’ place was absolutely perfect! The attention to detail, the thoughtfulness throughout the space. I adored the entire aesthetic and you can tell he really put a lot of time into a perfectly curated relaxing space. He was thoughtful, friendly and very responsive host. Would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to come back!

Wir hatten eine richtig tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft von Alejandro! 😌 Er war super zuverlässig und immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und sehr gemütlich. Der Strand war nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt – einfach perfekt zum Abschalten. In die Innenstadt von Valencia sind wir in nur 15 Minuten mit dem Taxi oder Uber gekommen, also auch super praktisch. In der Nähe gab es außerdem richtig gute Restaurants – wir haben jeden Abend lecker gegessen. Danke, Alejandro, für diesen schönen Aufenthalt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! 😍

Nos hemos alojado en este apartamento en Sagunto Playa y ha sido una experiencia excelente. La localización es inmejorable, a pocos pasos de la playa y con todo lo necesario cerca. El piso está equipado con todo tipo de comodidades y lleno de pequeños detalles pensados para que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Todo estaba extremadamente limpio!! Y la anfitriona fue amabilísima y atenta en todo momento. Muchas gracias por todo! Sin duda, un lugar al que volveremos ¡100% recomendable!

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Superbe logement très propre et bien décoré, un lit vraiment confortable. Très bien pour profiter de la belle plage, moins bien si on veut visiter la ville car il faut compter 40mn en bus et après 22h30 il reste que le taxi. Dans l'ensemble c'était parfait pour le calme et l'accès direct à la plage. Rosana est très serviable et sympathique. Valencia est splendide !!

Hace mucho que sigo a Aurora como terapeuta ocupacional, y este proyecto del espacio compartido me pareció una idea genial para poder conocernos en persona, y tratar muchas inquietudes que con sus recomendaciones nos ayudarán a buscar soluciones. La casa muy limpia y ordenada. Era nuestra primera vez en este tipo de alojamientos, y ha sido una experiencia maravillosa esta escapada a la Vall d’Uixo, en familia , por supuesto incluida nuestra mascota. Un recibimiento buenísimo y una convivencia muy respetuosa. Siempre pendiente de nosotros, pero respetando nuestros momentos en familia. Nos ofreció el servicio de un cuidador de mascota para poder visitar las Cuevas de San Josep, y recomendaciones de lugares para visitar muy cerca de allí. Recomendable 100%. Ha sido un placer conocerte, a ti y a tu familia . Esperamos poder volver a vernos y contarte nuestros avances.❤️❤️❤️❤️🎀🐕🥰😘

Carmen is een prettige gastvrouw. Zij is vriendelijk en reageerde rap op vragen. De locatie is geweldig. Een paar minuten lopen van een directe verbinding met de Metro, welke vanaf de luchthaven vertrekt. In de directe omgeving, midden in de stad met veel bezienswaardigheden en uiteraard het lekkere Spaanse eten. ( tappas etc) Ook diverse musea in de buurt welke wij lopend bereikten op slechts minuten lopen. Al met al een fijn verblijf, op een goede locatie met een sympathieke gastvrouw.

Esta en una zona retirada pero muy bonito y tranquilo, hay que dejar el coche un poco alejado de la casa pero a un minuto o dos. Nos encantó que la casa estaba muy limpia con las sábanas limpias y la cocina también y muy equipada. Ideal el entorno natural, las vistas, para desconectar es perfecto y rodearte de naturaleza , repetiría sin duda pero me quedaría más tiempo ya que dos días me supo a poco. La atención de Alessandro fue muy amable y de Paulo muy buenas personas y muy cercanos.

Great location! We’re big walkers, so no problem walking 45 minutes to the aquarium, and 15 minutes to the beach. Washer and dryer were super helpful to have while traveling with our toddler. The place was as described, and they offered a very friendly, in person welcome! Would recommend!

Beautiful apartment just 20 minutes from Valencia, with easy access and a nearby bus stop. The view of the beach and pool is amazing, and the place was clean and exactly as expected. host were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Rafa y Maria son muy simpáticos y flexibles, el piso está perfecto, grande, limpio, con todo lo necesario dentro. Esta muy bien localizado justo al lado del mar, y la piscina al mismo piso lo que es muy práctico. Lo recomendó a 100%.

À recommander, stationnement dans le garage super pratique. La plage tout près est superbe. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce logement. Merci Victoria.

Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax

Just back from our second stay at Oceans 11 apartment…we had such a lovely experience the first time around and as a returning guest; the second certainly did not disappoint! We appreciated the new air conditioning installation and the apartment is as fantastic as before…clean, comfortable, centrally located and quick access to St.Antoni beach. A pleasure to stay in beautiful Cullera again, thanks Conor for recommending taxis, restaurants and our day trip to Gandía on the train. We highly recommend this beautiful accommodation.
