The home was lovely, even better than the photos with a stunning, unobstructed view over a vista of wild flowers and bushes to the sea. Although the home is technically an apartment, since it sits above another residence, we had total privacy and never once noticed the presence of the neighbor. We had the beautiful yard, deck, grill and pool completely to ourselves and felt as if we were in a stand-alone private villa perched on an isolated mountainside. Actually, the connection to another building was a plus, since there was an "epicerie" inside it, with fresh local produce, delicacies, and hand-delivered croissants and baguettes. The residence is within a short drive to some of the best beaches in Corsica, and many wonderful restaurants. And it's a short drive to Bonifacio and within easy striking distance of the vineyards of Sartene and Figari. To top it all off, Pascal is a superb and welcoming host, with plenty of recommendations to make the stay enjoyable.

We just had the perfect stay at the villa. The organization and communication was absolutely professional, the villa well equipped, beds comfortable, and the whole house super spacious and with an incredible view into the forest and on to the sea. The most beautiful beaches that we explored were around a 40’ car ride down south. In the solenzara area, there are especially beautiful hiking trails that were even feasible with kids. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to return any time!

A true haven of peace, we would have stayed longer! Far from the hustle and bustle, but at the same time 15 minutes from the Gulf of Lava and Ajaccio! The accommodation is very clean, new, there is everything you need to spend several days with the family. Car parking space And the sunset is just wow. The accommodation is even better in real life than in the photos! Flexible, accommodating hosts and very good advice. Recommended

We stayed a week with 8 adults and 5 children in this fantastic house. We have all traveled a lot and have rented numerous Airbnb apartments, but the villa in Cala Rossa is by far the nicest place we've ever had. The house is even nicer than in the photos. The location right on the beach is simply incredible - you wake up in the morning and look at the sea, have breakfast on the terrace with the same beautiful view and are right on the beach. Our children were overjoyed and were also able to play wonderfully in the large garden. Host Nelly was super nice and helpful and brought us a new one on Easter Sunday 30 minutes after we told her that the coffee maker is broken. The house and kitchen are equipped with everything you need. Each of the four families we were there with had their own bathroom. For larger groups with children, the villa is absolutely perfect. We will be happy to come back

Great family stay at Villa Serenita. The house was beautiful, super well-equipped, quiet. There were 9 of us and everyone had their own space, it was very nice. The pool, the jacuzzi, the pool table, the foosball... a real treat for young and old. Jean Pascal was very friendly, welcoming. You can go there with your eyes closed, you won't be disappointed.

This villa with pool above the capital of Corsica was the best accommodation we have ever rented through AirBNB. Everything really perfect. Ultra-modern architecture of the house. We especially enjoyed the huge sliding doors in the living area. Boundless inside and out with huge terrace and equipped with everything you might need for an elitist Dolce Vita on vacation. This place was everything we needed, private enough but close to the beach, to a port and in the middle of Porto vecchio and Bonifacio. The space is sparkly perfect, from the organization to the finishes on the house. Everything is well thought out. The pool is magical and it provides everything you can ask for while on vacation/retreat/work etc. The hosts were AMAZING. Cannot say enough good things. I would leave 7 ⭐️ reviews if I could.

Apart from the neighboring work (which is not dependent on the owners of the property) The amazing view of Ajaccio Bay greatly counterbalances this small negative point The house meets the advertised criteria Host is very easily reachable It is very likely that we will return to this place

This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. Amazing sea facing gem with everything you may need for a fantastic holiday. Loved how easy it was to communicate with Edith. The beach is very close by and the area is perfect to explore south Corsica. I loved that every room had its own private toilet and the two levels can give privacy for two families.

With spectacular coastal and mountain views, a fantastic heated pool and lovely outdoor areas offering both sun and shade, relaxation and activity (table tennis, jacuzzi, mini golf, pool table plus children’s games) our family of 10 have enjoyed the perfect holiday here. The outdoor kitchen, close to the pool, provides an ideal social space with a big table and amazing views. It was easy to stay and relax at the villa but worth heading out to explore the beautiful local area, Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio and many beautiful beaches along the coast. Our hosts Giulia and her husband were both really friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had - thank you.

Beautiful location, extremely quiet. Top of the ridge so very private with 2 sets of electronic gates. Electrical window and door shutters that close to complete blackout and very secure. Pool can feel very cool depending on the weather conditions. You will need a car to get to the local supermarket (20 min) and to visit the local area. All in all a fabulous place. Would definitely return. 4 adults.

Stunning house and very well equipped. Ideal for famillies with children with direct access to the beach and a lovely grass area in the enclosed garden. Beautiful sunset every night! Emmanuel has been very responsive and flexible which is very appreciated however, it is a shame that we didn't get a proper tour / informations by the concierge about the property when we arrived, or at least the next day (as we arrived very late). Especially, as some of the bay windows were extremely hard to open or even didn't open at all, it would have been nice to have a heads up! But will definitely book again in the future, hoping those will get fixed.

Charles place was just perfect for our family of 4. It's in a lovely location just 20 mins from Bonifacio and Porto Vecchio and on the edge of Figari which itself is a lovely little village. It's private and really modern and newly renovated with everything you need. We can't speak highly enough of this place and would recommend to any of our friends and family.

We had the most wonderful time at the house! It's a private little getaway with green all around you and a beautiful view on the surrounding mountains. Charlotte was a great, attentive host and provided us with lots of recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area.

Superb secluded villa located off the main road from Porto Vecchio to Bonifacio, just outside Porto Vecchio with all its local facilities. The villa is nestled in a beautiful garden with a wonderful swimming pool: beautiful design and colour, and the views are stunning. The pool was heated during our stay late October which was very enjoyable and made our stay feels like it still was summer! The villa is as pictured, very comfortable and well equipped. It is perfectly located to explore southern Corsica (beaches and mountain) and visiting Bonifacio. The host was very welcoming and gave nice tips about the area. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

I had an absolutely wonderful week in this beautiful villa! The setting is exceptional: the 270° view is simply breathtaking, a true haven of peace. The house is decorated with great taste, very well-equipped, and remarkably comfortable. Special mention for the heated pool, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. Everything was impeccably clean when we arrived, and communication was smooth, warm and very attentive. A huge thank you to Karen, who is a very beautiful, caring and available person. You can feel that she puts her heart into offering an unforgettable experience to her guests. I recommend this address with my eyes closed and I sincerely hope to return soon. We had a wonderful week at Villa St Lucie. The view was fantastic, the pool heated to 28 degrees, so not only the kids could hardly get out. The beds were super comfortable, the rooms nice and spacious. There's hardly anything to complain about. We will definitely be back!

Very nice house with great garden and pool in quiet location - highly recommended! Communication with Maud & Thomas was straightforward and they were very accommodating. The modern furnished house offers plenty of space and is ideally equipped. The large garden with terrace, pool and barbecue is a highlight. The property is in a quiet location, which we liked very much. By car, you can reach the nearest town quickly (10 minutes). We would book the place again.

Guy and Natali were wonderful hosts. The pictures did not do the house justice. Clean, spacious, the pool was amazing. Guy sent us local restaurant recommendations as well as places worth visiting. The pool was service halfway through our stay which meant it was clean and free from debris. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for hosting us.
