Beautifully renovated large 2 bedroom apartment in historic Richmond ME. Pack a picnic and take the ferry over to explore stunning Swan Island located right down the street. Excellent spot to put in for paddle boarders and canoes alike as well. After a day of fun saddle up for a pint at The Old Goat pub downtown. Kimberly's Restaurant and Lounge as well as Annabella's Bakery & Cafe are delicious local spots as well. Located 45 min from Portland and 45 min from Rockland our place is perfect

Our cozy cottage is the perfect romantic getaway or quiet retreat in any season. Located on a private rd with scenic waterfront view. Guests can enjoy sitting on the dock (May- October) or the jetty, watch the eagles and Osprey, use our kayaks, do some fishing, walking or biking. Sit by the propane fueled fireplace on a chilly night. Brunswick, home of Bowdoin College and a # of great restaurants and unique shops is just 5 mi. Travel by bus or train to/from Boston. Portland is @ 30 min away.

Seal Ledge - water's edge cottage with kayaks

Beautiful cottage sitting literally on the water's edge makes you feel like you're staying on a boat (minus the rocking!). Soak up the sun and watch the sun set on the private deck or take a few steps down to the dock and use our kayaks to go visit the seals that hang out on the rocks just down the cove all summer long. The cathedral ceiling great room is all glass facing the water so you can enjoy if it's too cool to sit outside. Only 15 mins to Brunswick and central to everything Harpswell!

The unit has 2 bedrooms (additional accommodations to sleep up to 6), one bath, and a full kitchen and breath taking sunsets Dogs allowed upon approval. Must not be big barkers and well behaved pets. Due to customer requests, we are changing our 7 night stay from Sat to Sat to Sun to Sun during June, July and August with a 10% weekly or a 20% monthly discount available. We suggest a 7 night min stay as shorter rentals are not cost effective. Possible 4 night min pre and post season (Apr, May, Sep and Oct) rental. We accept reservations up to 12 months in advance.

Once the island Trading Post (in the 1820's) now serves as a private retreat on Westport Island. The whole property has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1982. The building is nestled at the water's edge, half on land and half on stilts over the tidal waters of the Sheepscot River. The property has its own private deck, island, rocky beach, trails and hammock. This is an old structure - over 200 years old! A great piece of history and an absolute oasis.
