Holiday rentals with a patio in Saen Suk

The accommodation was superb, everything very clean and modern. The communication worked great, and got an answer in a very short time. YUE was very friendly and accommodating and helped where she could. I can definitely recommend the hotel and will be very happy to come back

We had a rocky start mostly due to jet-lag and my own inability to follow simple directions but once we got settled in this was everything Panatda said it was and more. Panatda was very responsive and and answered questions quickly and completely. Great location and great host

Convenient location, convenience stores and restaurants are nearby. The guards were also very friendly and helped me check in. The decoration in the house is simple and beautiful, the house is well maintained, and the cleaning is also very clean. There is no problem with the use of any items in the house. I'd like to stay again next time.

A perfect place, very clean and cozy. Have everything that you could potentially need, from laundry detergent to a pack of capsules for a coffee machine (Alin asked me before I arrived which one I prefer). Recommend!

The apartment looks just like the photos — maybe even better! Everything is arranged with love and attention to detail. The balcony offers stunning views — I watched a few sunrises and felt like I was in a movie. Check-in was super easy: follow the instructions, enter the code — done! The place is fresh, cozy, and has all you need — a nice fridge, kettle, hairdryer, washing machine, etc. There’s a pool and a 7-Eleven downstairs. On the 35th floor, the view is incredible: a balcony on the left and a little rooftop garden on the right — like a hidden gem. The location is great too: 20 min by taxi to the north, 10–15 to the center. There’s a bus station and a local fruit market nearby — honestly, I stayed here just for the mangoes! In short: a home made with care in a perfect spot. And if you want the beach — Koh Larn island is just a short trip away. Ada, thank you for your warm hospitality!

Great place within walking distance of restaurants and only a five minute walk to the beach where there are plenty of activities including parasailing, diving, jet skiing, and lounging under a beach umbrella while getting full service with beer and food. Pool and jacuzzi at the top floor with a beautiful view.

Close to entertainment and shopping. Overall a great location. Great bed and Nice pool!

Gang is a really good host. All communication was well done. My family had a really comfortable stay in this house and we are returning with fond memories. The swimming pool was also large and clean. Maximum depth 1.6m

Very good value, the pool was clean and very quiet and comfortable. Can easily order foods for delivery and the host was very helpful and kind. Will definitely be back again. Good for dogs as the house has walls and the gates are well blocked so dogs can’t get out. Also the place was very peaceful.

It is very close to the convention center and the room is very comfortable.The host is a very beautiful sister, will come again next time!

Great place to stay, great location and host was great to communicate with.

Claudio was proactive in communicating with me and my group. Claudio got in touch with me a day prior to check-in. Due to geography and local unorthodox address listing google maps had us a few blocks away from the residence. Claudio assisted us with finding the location. Note: if renting this place and using a ride share service ask Claudio for the exact address to use. We initially had issues with that as the residence address can sometimes can be confusing for drivers. Outside of that, the place is as advertised. No bad rooms in this house. Ample space for large groups, the larger bedrooms on the top floor that face the pool were excellent. The pool dimensions and depth are approximately 25ftx15ftx4ft. I would say it can comfortably fit 7-10 people and even more kids without feeling crowded. The home is situated within walking distance of several store/shops. You'll be amongst the locals which I personally like. I would recommend and would rent a this place again!

our stay was great nice place with complete amenities check in was smoothly and easy nearby beach also mall a lots of choices bar and massage place at night have a bit noisy from the bar nearby but its fine not really annoying if u really sensitive just bring earbuds and use it when u sleep overall is good and nice place for sleep worth it for money☺️

This is a great home-like feel room/condo in the heart of Pattaya. The location is fantastic; it is right in the center of Pattaya and close to everything. Although a central location,it is very quiet, so it is possible to get a good night's sleep or do some work. The condo is exactly the same as in the images, so there are no surprises. The infinity pool is beautiful with views of the city, there are saunas that one can enjoy. Kay is very responsive and always ready to assist. For me, Kays ' listings are the go-to when I am in Pattaya.
