Apartment holiday rentals in Saddleback Mountain

We had a wonderful weekend in Newry. Kevin was quick to answer any questions we had. The space is beautifully decorated and just enough space for the two of us. It was peaceful and private. We missed out on snowmobiling due to the warm weather but we enjoyed riding our e-bikes. We will definitely return with our machines next winter. Thank you so much for everything!

My family really enjoyed our stay at Ambers place! It was very spacious yet cozy, clean, and in a great location with a short walk to Snubber lift. With four floors our party of 7 had plenty of room to spread out during the trip. Any questions we had for Amber were answered quickly

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and well appointed unit. The condo was impeccably clean, spacious and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. It was well-located within walking distance of restaurants and shops and a quick drive to Saddleback Mountain. We would love to stay again sometime!

The place was great and cozy. My kids loved it and the setup. I would stay there again. Highly recommend it. Good communication.

What a great opportunity my daughter and I had to be perfectly situated in this lovely ski in ski out unit at Sunday River! Clean, nice unit, stocked with conveniences and great wifi connectivity. My daughter worked from the unit while I was able to get on the mountain for some great skiing, the last day being a 6” new powder day when she was able to join me for a few really fun runs. The trail to the slopes is Road Runner and is right in the back of the unit, easy to access to get out to some beginner friendly trails like Moonstruck (thats’s Amore!) and Green Cheese. Getting back, however, should be comfortable with a blue like Wildfire or Cascade which will end up in the exact spot to catch the trail back. They are wide trails and can be navigable by an upper beginner/intermediate level skier but when in doubt, have a more experienced skier check them out and determine if appropriate for any beginners -IMO too much for anyone who has not been on skis much/ not comfy on easy blues.

We had a great weekend in the condo. The location is amazing and very easy to access from the trails. It wasn't super clean and definitely could have used a better vacuum but other than that it was perfect. There is also a folding accordion wall that closes off the bed which makes it feel more like a 1 bed than a studio.

We had a great time at Angela’s place!! The condo was fully stocked with everything we could have need and Angela couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our planning process!! Thanks for a great weekend :)

The location of Kell'y house was perfect for my group's trek. It had plenty of parking and was conveniently located to shops, restaurants and areas we were canoeing. The house had all that we needed to make our stay enjoyable and well worth renting.

Enjoying your morning coffee, starring off at the Mountain View, should be a everyday thing. It’s just a great way to start the day. Despite a minuscule miscommunication between the cleaner and host prior to our arrival. A one off. The place was lovely and we would recommend. Great for an intimate / close group of friends / family of 6 like many reviews said. But if you really want to make it work, 8 people can fit. Manageable with one bathroom. In emergencies the indoor pool has changing rooms with extra restrooms. Some who finds stairs difficult, should be aware it is on a third floor walk up. So plan to pack light. There are lockers on the first floor for skis/snowboards storage. The slopes are walking distances right across from the parking lot. Easy to hop on and off trail (Bunny slope steepness) down to the lifts, very good for beginners. Kitchen fully stocked. Balcony was a plus to dry gear. Dog friendly. Really it has everything we needed. Great location.

The condo is as described. The condo is clean and has all the amenities described. It is conveniently located - a short walk across the adjacent parking lot to the snubber chair lift and next to the xcountry/walking trail. This is our third visit. We have no complaints when staying at George’s place!

We had a wonderful stay for a friends birthday! The ski in/ski out made it easy to get on the slopes each day. Plenty of beds for our group and it was nice to gather in the main rooms with plenty of activities to do! Fireplace in the living room is a nice touch as well as the giant scrabble board. We will definitely be returning for another great ski weekend!

Michael was an attentive host; checked in with me several times during our stay. His instructions and requests were very clear and easy to follow. We had no issues during our stay and loved the location. I would recommend Michael as a host to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We have stayed in this condo a few times now and love it for our family. It’s convenient to the lift and for walking our dog. The condo is always very clean and neat. Cheryl and Amber are easy to work with!

Doug is absolutely a superhost. His condo was as advertised and perfect for two families. My children and our best friend’s kids had the greatest time of their lives staying at Doug’s place. If you are looking to create lifelong memories with those closest to you, whether its family or your closest friends you can do it right here. Doug was incredible and responsive, we hope to have another opportunity to stay in the future.

Wonderful weekend. The spot was ski-in and out making it truly accessible. The outdoor hot tub was a nice way to end the day. It's a little odd to access through the pool but the over experience was great! Highly recommend.

Great location, super close to Sunday River and all the local restaurants. The space is cozy and well equipped with pretty much anything you’ll need. Jodi was very helpful and had great suggestions for us. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in the area. Highly recommended!

Kate's place was just as advertised, slopeside in South Ridge. Condo has all items needed in the kitchen, plenty of linens and towels. Would rent again.

Great place to stay for a ski getaway. Clean and spacious. I loved having the laundry on-site with detergent provided. If it matters, the third bed is a queen-sized air mattress

My son and I went for a weekend ski in/ski out trip at Sunday River and this place fit our needs perfectly. It is a small Studio apartment but the beauty of this place is the location. You are steps from the Roadrunner trail to hit the slopes and have a great view of White Cap and White Heat from your balcony. Also, very close to pool house and sauna for Après Ski relaxation. Marty also allowed us a late checkout on Sunday so that we could ski all day Sunday and go back to the apartment to change and pack before heading home. We had a great time and would definitely visit again!
