Maria was so nice and helpful. The communication was super easy. The apartment is located very close to the harbour, the beach, many good restaurants and a shopping street. Everything was like on the pictures or communicated. WiFi was very good. During weekends it will get a bit noisy at night (bar downstairs), but all other days it was very quiet Would stay there again.

We stayed in Michael's apartment for almost 3 months while we waited for a mortgage process to buy a property in Spain. The apartment is great, easy to get into and you can walk everywhere. Malpica is a stunning place with breathtaking scenery and great restaurants. The apartment was super clean, modern, and has everything you could want. A big bonus was the washing machine, dryer, super modern air fryer, fridge, and microwave. Also, from the living room you can enjoy a great sea view through the large windows. Michael was always very responsive and made us feel really welcome and at home! Would recommend 100% for short and long stays!

Totally recommended! We had a great stay. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and with easy access to A Coruña. The house is very well equipped, especially if you are going with children, all very comfortable and designed to enjoy without worries. Best of all: Jorge and Cristina. What hosts! Beautiful house, cozy and completely furnished. Gemma is very hospitable, we even received a hot meal during the rural electricity failure. So thoughtful. The area is rural, amenities are remote. Peace guaranteed!

It was a perfect stay and perfect house which we rented for a month. We enjoyed our stay. Very pleasant and peaceful time in the María’s house. There are a lot of things and places to visit in the region and also there is a good places for walk in Miño and some great restaurants. There is as well the perfect terrace with great views where we spent a lot of time each day. Also, want to admit María’s attendance and eagerness to help in all kind of situations. And the house as well has a unique and charming atmosphere. Recommending this house a lot and would be happy to stay here again!

We visited Lucia and Diana's place and loved it. From the first moment they made us feel right at home. The site is very quiet, ideal for getting away and resting. It has a beautiful garden for sunbathing and even a friendly pony that gives it a special touch. We spent there for a weekend, met very interesting places nearby and took a great souvenir. We left with a very good mouth flavor. We would definitely repeat it.
