Beautiful place, a nice location on the ground floor, and just off a nice courtyard with a roof garden easily reached. close to the river and downtown. Very close to a large market and other things. The host was responsive yet the entry from the street required a key which of course one does not have at check-in. This was solved with the host coming on-site yet this was probably an inconvenience for her. There was an attendant yet reaching him was not clear and we had to wait until the host contacted them directly. However, everything was very nice and the Host Gigi made a special trip on our behave. The apartment is very large and clean. One of the best showers in all of Peru!! Great place and in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked yet we could not learn how to turn on the electric stove and maybe an instruction sheet would be a good addition. Good place for a central quiet stay for a couple.

It was a pleasure to stay here, everything was very tidy and clean, a comfortable environment and above all in line with what we were looking for for a little girl. I loved it.

I loved everything. It's in a good location, relatively close to downtown. There is a mall behind it. There are also shops and parks nearby. Everything was very clean and beautiful, just like the photos. Easy to get to the place. You feel right at home. There's no noise around, I was able to rest very well. It is located in a safe place. Alejandra and her husband are very kind and attentive people. I highly recommend it.

Everything was very good with the apartment's interior, the host was friendly and attentive to detail, only the area is a little gloomy, otherwise everything was good.

Susana's place is very comfortable, bright, spacious and cozy, as it appears in the photos and is very well equipped and complete. The place is family and private, in addition Susana was aware of everything and was very friendly, friendly and punctual. It is an excellent place to stay. I recommend it 🙌

lovely place, great view in the balcony! in juin, during the winter season, the sun warm up quickly the appartement! Hot shower when you use properly the system. We stay one week there and enjoy the Yanahuara neighborhood. They are a big grocery store and some smalls others just beside. kitchen is complete. We appreciate our stay and recommande the place.

We enjoyed a lovely few days in Arequipa in Jose’s lovely apartment. The apartment is spacious, practical and has everything we needed for our stay. Communication was excellent and Jose was extremely friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, lots of seating areas and plenty of space throughout the apartment. Location in Yanahuara is ideal, close to a small plaza with restaurants and away from the busy city centre. Great views from the outside terraces too. Good shower, good wifi, in fact everything was either good or excellent. Great place to stay.

Juliana was an amazing host. She was welcoming, accommodating, and polite. She gave us many tips on what to see, where to visit and places to eat. The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well located. It was spacious and comfortably fit our family of five. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Quite well located apartment, on the sixth floor (with elevator) of a very quiet tower and with a nice park in front. Many convenience stores around and restaurants. You can take taxis on the corner of the place or walk to the Plaza de Armas which is about 20 mins away.

Nice place, very safe and pleasant. Gianpiere was always attentive and willing to help, the photos are as the apartment is, a good recommendation to stay for those visiting the city, as it is in a place with very easy access to the city.

Very comfortable beds. A quick taxi ride away from everything we wanted to do. Quiet, so you can get good sleep. Great hot water in the showers.

Great apartment, amazing views all around. Host was responsive. Beds comfy. Nice breeze from all the windows cooled down the house at night. Only thing I wish there was more of was kitchens utensils, pots and crockery as this was limited and made cooking a bit harder during our stay.
