What we offer you is a marvelous Penthouse located in the most centric part of the lovely city of Arequipa. The area is called Vallecito, and it is at 10 minutes away from the city center where all the attractions are. The bus station is 5 minutes away and the airport 20. The penthouse is at the 6th floor (don’t worry it is equipped if an elevator) of a modern and recent building in a residential zone. In other words, the area is convenient, silent and secure. The penthouse is contemporary, modern, minimalist and essential with an astonishing view on the volcano and the whole city. You can admire all this from our cute terrace. Of course it is also fully equipped with everything you need! The kitchen has everything you need if you would like to cook and we include the basic food. Our goal is to make you feel like home!

You will be at 3 minute’s walk from the historical area of the neighborhood and at 15 minute’s walk to the Arequipa’s Plaza de Armas (center of the historical city). Excellent accommodation, very comfortable, organized, nice decoration, the balcony has a very nice sunset view. Although the tours do not pick up directly at the door, there is a meeting point nearby, less than 5 minutes walk.
