Very clean 3 bed 2 bath Double wide trailer with 2 carports centrally located on Toledo Bend. Each bedroom is has twin beds. Master bedroom has bathroom with shower. An addition bathroom with shower is shared between 2 bedrooms. Living area has 2 fold out couches. Flat screen tv with firestick. Kitchen has microwave, range, fridge and deep freeze. Cookware and utensils are available. Bar top seats 4 and dinning room table seats 6. Front porch is covered and has picnic table and ceiling fan.

Great choice for a peaceful family vacation, excellent choice for tournament fishermen trailering in and out, features a pull through driveway with a 42' covered carport. Very cozy and comfy equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Neighborhood boat launch right down the street, and 6 Mile boat launch a mile further down Hwy 87 if you would want to park at the launch.

Located 18 minutes to (2) Six Mile Boat Launches and 23 minutes to Sandy Creek Boat Launch at Toledo Bend. Also, 10 Minutes to Mill Creek Boat Launch at Sam Rayburn Lake. We enjoyed our recent stay very much! It was so nice and relaxing, and it had everything we needed (and then some). We enjoyed our mornings/evenings on the dock watching the sunrise & sunset. We had fun fishing off the dock and kayaking. It was perfect for an extended weekend getaway. Everything was amazing, and we would definitely stay here again! 😊

Waterfront Escape on Toledo Bend

Hands down the best view we saw in pictures for the lake and upon arriving the view was even better than pictured. The hot tub was out of commission but the hosts made everything right which we respect so much. The fishing was a little slow BUT it rained the whole time we were there sadly. Highly recommend this place it’s gorgeous and cozy BUT it’s a workout too haha. Those steps are no joke! It’s a great place to go to unplug and unwind from everyday life.

the best beds I have ever slept on. lots of space, didn't feel cramped, we didn't even use the main bedroom or bath. This place has 2, yes 2 huge bathrooms, if we had any complaints it would be internet but our host has no real control and it is a pretty remote location I loved this place and would definitely go back. A/C is awesome as well. great place.

This was our second stay at Lake Record Lodge! It’s such a lovely, peaceful getaway. The property is right on the lake and the views are beautiful. The house is comfortable and clean, with a kitchen and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Natalie is a great host, kind and responsive, but gives you space. I have nothing but good things to say - we will definitely be back again!
