Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Sabanilla Montecarmelo

The place is just like the photos, the location is 10 minutes by taxi from the Buenavista shopping center, so to go you should always take a taxi, it is a citadel so around there are no restaurants or supermarkets for shopping or eating, however, it is a quiet place with parks and common areas for walking.

Excellent place. Close to the most delicious bakery in town and super comfortable.

The accommodation was as shown in the photographs, it was clean, it had all the implements that were needed for a long stay. The stay was very comfortable and pleasant and the reception staff were very friendly and diligent. The host was very kind, responded immediately, provided a solution to all the requirements, and was attentive to everything from the beginning to the end of the stay. The accommodation is highly recommended.

A true gem just outside of Barranquilla. Alonso's place made me feel like at home during my two month stay at his Airbnb. It's spacious, safe, has a beautiful park Infront of the building, and it's a 5-10 minute ride out of most things you will do in Barranquilla. It's also about 25 min from the Puerto Colombia's beach. Trust me, this is where you want to stay. Also I worked from home so I needed a place with fast reliable internet ( which was a bit hard to find in Quilla) and this place had the best connection I had tested so far in the Caribbean coast. Alonso was proactive and responsive to my messages and was willing to help. Will definitely stay again.

Lisi is clear in the instructions, carelessly we left the card in it, she was always ready to help us. The place seemed comfortable, close to the places of interest to us. In front there is a park for the children. keep in mind that there are blocks under construction. a place to stay again. I would only advise to put air in the second room.

The house we rent is quite nice and very home, we felt "at home", it is as described in the airbnb listing and even more!!!, I would definitely come back and recommend it with a closed eye.

Carlos was super friendly and helpful. Anything we needed he was available for us. Lots of great food and small stores all around his place to check out. They even have parking which was super important for our group. Over all great experience and absolutely would stay there again.

Great place for large groups. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive to needs / requests. For example, one day the AC wasn't working and within an hour they had a brand new unit installed working great! Would definitely stay again... Highly recommend 'Paradise Beach' restaurant down the street.. calamari and cevichez FANTASTIC!!!!! Thanks John!

Great place for the value. owners are excellent and very kind. location demands a car or private mode of transport. it is also walkable to and fro from certain parts of the city. you can easily find moto taxis and buses right next door to support your stay. highly recommend.

This is the right place to have privacy and peace but enjoying with locals and other travelers. I spent almost a week attending a running competition and a soccer game, the right location to be near to shoppings and great restaurants by car in just 10 minutes, the north the best zone to be and visit. Diana was helpful, kind and great in all recommendations and communication. The place is clean and fresh, thanks 🙏🏻 I will return.

Nice location! We enjoyed our stay there. Mario and his father are great hosts who gave us good recommendations for the area, and responded always very quickly and friendly. The place is calm and only a few meters to walk to the beach. The beach is clean and comparably quiet. You can eat at small restaurants at the beach or take a InDrive to the town center where you can find some restaurants and a supermarket. Only downside is that the beach restaurants close at about 6pm, but you can ask Mario for contacts of local restaurants who deleliver food. The apartment had a kitchen with minimal equipment and some spices, which was totally fine for our needs. It's also nice that you can smoke everywhere. The rest of the equipment was as described. The bad review about the aggressive dogs can't be confimed, but if you are afraid of dogs i think Mario will keep them away while your there. The surfaces in bath and kitchen could be cleaner but totally within range. We will visit again sometime!

Located in a very good sector the apartment is big and comfortable each room has its own bathroom and overall well equipped

Mrs. Marta was very kind throughout my stay. The apartment is located in one of the quietest areas of Barranquilla where you can walk quietly. The apartment was very tidy and clean, the room has a private bathroom.
