Great stay for a great price

Our stay was very pleasant since our arrival we had a good reception by John, a kind and friendly person who was attentive at all times even before our arrival. I give us the apartment very clean, the area is quiet and very close there are supermarkets and different shops where you can walk to. Barranquilla beautiful city with friendly people. We loved it. Thank you Barranquilla! Thank you John! I definitely recommend it.

We felt at home. Very comfortable, clean, and organized. The apartment is well located, close to the sights. He was very kind, we asked him about the possibility of leaving an hour later to enjoy the pool and he agreed to our request. We had a small incident with one of the decorative pots. We informed them to replace it and they solved it. We sent the purchase invoice and transferred the value. He was always aware of our arrival, stay and departure.

Good afternoon, first of all, Carolina and Mrs. Patricia behaved very well. The first thing to keep in mind is that the airport is not in Barranquilla, it takes between 40 and 50 minutes to get to the building, but no one will refuse a transport service because the apartment is in an excellent location. The apartment is just like in the photos, an incredible view and a good pool. There are different restaurants, drugstores, CC Viva 4 blocks away, Juan Valdez diagonal and the building has a supermarket so it is not necessary to go out to look, although there is a D1 and Olímpica nearby. My plan was the game, choosing a good location was ideal. The apartment is highly recommended.

I been in several cities en 30 days. I did not had a good sleep in any of the places until I slept in Oscars and Oscar's place. The place in bogota the interior of the property was 12 and mosquitos, medellin's bed bugs, Rio also sim bus I am not compatible. I have no complaints Que Oscar's place it was perfect I understand hot water is no used here but other than that the place is great Thank you

I stayed with my parents, my brother, my aunt and my husband with the aim of visiting family. The apartment was very comfortable, well organized and nice, in an area that we felt very safe and close to shops. The air conditioning is very effective and each agitation has a good supply of what is needed to rest. The room does not need air conditioning, because with the windows open there is very good air circulation during the seasons of the year in which we were. There are several steps to follow with different aspects of the apartment, and Sandra, the host, is very clear in giving instructions to resolve each situation without additional help. Although there were some details, Sandra was very attentive, responded and maintained very good communication. We would definitely stay in his apartment on a future visit to Barranquilla. Please note that the washing machine is only available for stays of 4 nights or more.

Located in Rio Mar, beautiful, safe, high end accommodations. The apartment has everything you can think of and you can tell thought was taken. The host was attentive and we will definitely stay there again.

This place is incredible, and the host is extremely attentive. The location is extremely central and close to great bars and restaurants.

Most genuine and loving hosts! They are so welcoming and caring and really value connecting with their guests. We stayed during carnival and it’s quite loud as there are street parties right outside (but this is to be expected with carnival)! I will define you stay with them again next time we’re in Barranquilla. Thank you so much family!

I stayed for 4 nights and it was an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were very friendly and thoughtful. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. I especially liked the location of the accommodation, very quiet, safe. Overall, my stay was excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
