Great Place. It had everything i needed. Awesome view of the city and the host was awesome as well. Constantly checking in to see if I needed anything or if I was ok. Lots of great local restaurants in the area. There's an awesome Mexican spot around the corner with the best tacos I've had in Medellín. I'll definitely stay in the apartment again.

Beautiful location with amazing views of the city. Walking distance to Éxito supermarket and Viva shopping mall with lots of restaurants and shopping. Would love to visit again.

a 5-star stay!! Jorge Luis was very kind and was very attentive to what I needed. The apartment is very well located, it is very close to the town's subway station. Its location is perfect and it has everything you need! Air conditioning in case you want to sleep with the window closed, because it really is very cool. a good workspace and the bed and sofa are very comfortable. I also liked the style of the apartment a lot!!

A very friendly and helpful host. The building is a series of suites designed and built with the digital nomad in mind, then very international the subject. Very well the co-working area and the gym very well equipped with high quality machines, including a power tower, a multi-apartment and a commercial grade paddle. The only thing I saw in the suite (which has to do with the design) is that the kitchenette is tiny (inside a closet) and it's a little awkward cooking. The card in particular is very small for washing. As for the furniture, everything was very good. I think the only thing missing from the room was a reading chair.

The place was clean, well-equipped, and just as described. The host was responsive and professional. Located in Sabaneta’s pink zone, it’s vibrant and busy—ideal if you enjoy nightlife and energy. Despite the lively surroundings, the apartment felt secure and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Clean, well-equipped apartment with comfortable bed and a fantastic view. Modern building with full amenities: a gym, a pool and 24/7 manned front desk. Walk to shops/restaurants within 5 minutes, to the center of Poblado in 10 min. Friendly host who responds instantaneously and provides useful information. I would return again.

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. We stayed here during our first visit to Medellín. We arrived on a couple hours before check in and were able to leave our bags which was a huge help, so grateful for this. The view from the terrace was amazing, we loved eating breakfast out there every morning. The view from the rooftop pool was also stunning. His apartment was perfect for the 3 of us. The location was also great. It felt safe and walkable to stores, parque del rio and other places. If we visit again, we would absolutely look to stay here!
