Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in San Juan

I felt like we had the real experience of staying in P.R. We woke up too roosters in the morning. It was a cool experience. Very nice home!!

House was stunning!! inspired a lot of things for my apt. the furniture is awesome! everything was super techy!! in looove with the projector and hot tub combo.

The place was beautiful I would just declutter the living room and get a bigger couch instead of all the chairs and tables. Place looks like the pictures just missed the hammock. Also would love is they would have left a few cleaning supplies so we can clean up after ourselves other then that it was beautiful and we loved loved our fur friend next door. We felt like we barely had any privacy due to cameras in the property but we liked that we felt safe.

This place was truly amazing. Nice and clean, and super comfortable. The garden room was very peaceful! Mayra was such a great host, we appreciated the warm welcome and small welcome gifts. She communicated well throughout the stay. The neighborhood was also nice and quiet. Definitely recommend if this is your first time in Puerto Rico!

Enmanuel was great. He is extremely responsive, and very accommodating to our needs. His apartment was nice, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Although we were barely in the apartment, when we did stay in, we felt at home. The area is very quiet and people are very friendly and courteous. We would most definitely consider staying in his Airbnb, if available on our next visit to Puerto Rico. We wish him the very best with his business and many blessings 😊

Great host from beginning to end. Made sure we arrived ok (we missed our first flight) stayed on the phone until we reached the house even though it was late. Very fast response. The home was beautiful. My kids loved the pool. It was perfect for our little family get away. I will definitely be returning

Perfect place to stay in San Juan with your friends . The Place is really nice and clean and safe atmosphere.

Great stay! Clean bedrooms, pool table is super fun, great value. Main bedroom is the only room that has a bathroom. We loved the backyard and the pool. Host had great communication and would replenish items that ran out or we needed. The only inconvenience was the location, not really walkable to anything but a short uber ride. Ubers would cancel a lot and had us waiting a while maybe because of the location not sure. Other than that we appreciated this airbnb !

Ana is fantastic. An excellent host! I stayed at her place for an extended period and everything about the experience was great. Highly recommend!

La pasamos en familia genial. Cumplió nuestras expectativas. Excelente comunicación con Wilson. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con la nevera y la solución al mismo fue inmediatamente. Lugar súper limpio, tranquilo, bonito, espacioso, seguro y súper recomendado. Sin duda volveremos. Nos recibieron con una caja de donas glaseadas exquisitas.

Everything was close by, it was very easy to maneuver around. The house was clean and looked just like the pictures !

We enjoyed staying here! Juan was helpful in sending instructions to get the location and how to get in. Location is surrounded by locals which is exactly what we looked for. 10/10

very helpful and friendly owners , clean house , helpful things like blow dryer , beach towels , a steamer for clothes. has a smart tv in the living room. an ac unit in the bedroom. would definitely stay again if i visit.

DaKeyah's apartment was perfect for my family of 5. My daughter had just graduated from high school and my twins were celebrating their 16th bday. This place was exactly what my family needed. The apartment is well decorated and very well stocked. There were a few kinks our first night. However, after becoming acquainted with the “uniqueness" of entering the property, everything went smoothly. I absolutely love how helpful and responsive DaKeyah and her property manager were. We look forward to booking our next stay here!

I encountered a minor security issue during check-in, but it was resolved quickly and without hassle. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with a breathtaking balcony view of the ocean that was definitely the highlight of my stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the appliances were top-notch, allowing for a seamless cooking experience. While it's clear that the building could use some remodeling, I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a beachfront view with the added convenience of being just a 6-minute drive from the airport. Do keep in mind that the area can be a bit noisy due to its vibrancy, with plenty of restaurants and stores within a mile radius. If you’re looking to save some money and prepare meals in your room, this kitchen is perfect for whipping up a five-star meal right at your convenience. I also recommend visiting Pueblo grocery, which has everything you need and is open 24 hours. Without a doubt, I would return to this A

We enjoyed our stay very much. 10-15 min to anything you could want. Area was quiet and private and the apartment was very well kept. Carlos accommodated our very late check in with no problem and was extremely helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend

We were extremely pleased and comfortable at Esther’s and Rosemary’s place! It was better than the listed photos on their listing, the place was clean and private super easy to check in and out. The pool was amazing! My daughters enjoyed it so much!! Everything was perfect for our stay! There was so many small details that made it feel like home. We absolutely loved it and recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful place to stay at. They were very easy to communicate with and took the time to check in on us and make sure we were pleased with our stay and that to me was a PLUS! Thank you Esther and Rosemary!

Beautiful clean condo with a great view from the balcony and bedroom window. Bed was huge and comfy, as was the couch. Lots of useful beach amenities like sunscreen, aloe, chairs, lots of beach towels and cooler. Market across the street was just okay, would recommend walking a few minutes further to the Pueblo supermarket instead, but many other walkable shops and restaurants. Beach access was very nice and never too crowded to get a good spot to set up. Pool was refreshing as well. The complex itself was very safe secure and private.

Every thing was more than love it!! Clean quite everything near by great restaurant so much to do.. I will always be there and also recommend to all my family n friend Thank you Jose .. Great hospitality Lillian Delvalle

Great place to stay! Mix of residents and short term rentals. Short walk to the beach, restaurants surround the building, and easy access to busses (usually off schedule though) going to airport, old San Juan, and less crowded beaches to the east. Some nightlife about a half mile west is also busy, even during week nights. Very easy self check in and check out.
