Samuel was very communicative & straight forward with his rules which were respected. TH e house was super clean & beautiful for all my friends to stay. very Very thankful that he let us stay till our flight left which was in the afternoon. Great house, great host & great communication

Great place to stay, great communication. Highly recommended for families or groups. Very spacious , cozy and includes everything that was needed, everything in working order, including washer and dryer. The design in the home was very nice! Thanks to the host who was very helpful. My family and I felt right at home. Would definitely book again!

**Airbnb Review** I recently stayed at this beautiful Airbnb, and I can't recommend it enough! The property was stunning, with a lovely ambiance that made our getaway feel special. The highlight for me was the jacuzzi and pool, which provided the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly responsive during our stay, replying to our messages within minutes, which made us feel well taken care of. However, I did have some difficulty with communication before our arrival. I had sent a few messages months in advance, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any responses to those inquiries. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic, and I would definitely consider staying here again. If you're looking for a beautiful place to escape with great amenities, this is the one!

We loved the house and it met my expectations. Easy to find, Giliana answered me quickly at all times. I arrived at the house and a light was not working in the hallway and Giliana fixed the light in less than 15 minutes. The treatment was very ethical and we felt very comfortable. We had a spectacular time in the pool. The house is close to well-known grocery stores and super close to the convention center, which was what I needed. Anyway...: OF COURSE I WOULD STAY AGAIN 🏐👏🏼🇵🇷🤩

It was more than we expected. The area is quieter than where we live. It was comfortable with plenty of sleeping space for a family of 9. It was very clean. Every store or restaurant you can think of was like 4 minutes away including Sam’s Club, Costco and Walmart. I hope to stay here again!

This is a real raw review I love the fact that the host was very responsive and very much attentive. The location is very private which I loved. The location had plenty of room as well and very clean. I would stay here again and I’m very picky so that means a lot to me.

Just the Airbnb we needed. It was a small drive to the well known tourist spots and ofc surrounded by many food locations. It gets very pleasantly noisy at night with the coqui, makes you gts right away! Very nice host btw

Beautiful peaceful place. She is a wonderful host. And very attentive. Even purchased a hair dryer for my use when I asked if she had one. I highly recommend this place. Pristine clean. My favorite part is the neighborhood. Peaceful happy people.

Enrique & Sandra’s place felt right at home! The location is private and quiet. The kids enjoyed the pool so much & the view from the deck was amazing. It was located in an area where everything was close by. Would definitely recommend!

Lymarie was a great, walked me through everything and I was very nervous. this was my first time in a air bnb but she made it a great experience for us. the house was super cute and just as the photo she posted. The handbook binder with instructions was extremely helpful with rules posted around the house was a great touch for the kids. the family bio was such a nice way to connect with the roots of PR and the family. The bedrooms were perfect had everything we neded . I definitely recommend and will be booking this home again our next trip.

Stayed here for 4 nights and John was truly an amazing host. The place was super nice and super neat. Super close to many areas as well as only a 10-minute drive to the airport which was super convenient. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying around the area, very secure.

Hosts communication was very fast ! Loved the property great for big groups even kids if you have them !

Our stay with Juan was very smooth. The house is very nice; we stayed in the upper level. We did not have any issues with downstairs neighbors, and access to upper level is secure making it feel very safe. We had issues with warm water, and Juan was efficient in getting the issue fixed. He gave a good recommendation for breakfast and was generally quick in response when we reached out. If given the chance, I would stay here again.

Rafael was an attentive host, the apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Nice cold a/c in every room and we felt right at home. The location was only about a 10 min drive from the airport, beaches and restaurants. Will definitely recommend.
