Apartment holiday rentals in San Juan

Everything was close by, it was very easy to maneuver around. The house was clean and looked just like the pictures !

Madelyn is a great hostess. She goes out of her way to make you feel at home and the apartment is beautiful and quite. If you have a car to get around you will have a great time staying here.

My stay at Priscilla’s place was a 10 out of 10. I didn’t know what to expect in going in due to the fact that she had no reviews. The overall place itself was just perfect down to the spacious bedrooms to all the amenities inside. we had one minor blackout for couple hours, but that’s common in the country and she was super communicative and kept checking in. Communication with the owner exceeded my expectations. She was always ready to answer, incredibly sweet, and ready to give recommendations for anything that we needed. It felt super safe with the security gates patrolling 24/7, honestly, this place was a perfect vacation stay. It was very close to locations along with coming home to peacefulness away from the over crowdedness of major cities. If I ever find myself back in the country, I definitely will be booking again. Thank you for the phenomenal stay!

Todo perfecto, casi que solo llegamos a dormir por que pasamos todos los días conociendo y recorriendo San Juan.. pero todo muy bien.. la ubicación muy cerca de el aeropuerto y centros comerciales.. fácil d llegar en Uber.. todo muy bien comunicación clara y rápida 👍🏻

Great small apartment for two adults and a lot to do around the surrounding area. A lot of great restaurants!

my family and I absolutely loved our stay. when we arrived our host was there to make sure the place was clean. the pool is larger than expected. the area is central to many places. (about 10 min away) and things to do. we traveled with a minor, and we felt safe, comfortable and relaxed. when we messaged asking a question. she responded promptly. my family would most definitely return in the future.

Host creatively used available space of his family home to turn into livable space for Airbnb purposes. Almost like a carport turned into an enclosed additional space. Not luxurious, but spacious and comfortable. Awkward floor plan with access to the bathroom and 2nd bedroom is through the 1st bedroom, but it eventually grows on you and works out fine. Great communication and amenities like boogie boards, cooler, beach chairs, and lots of towels available for use made me give this place 5 stars. Location was good - no more than 10-20 minutes from all the tourist spots and airport.

I barely leave reviews but Vanessa's place was and is amazing...my wife love the place so much that she wants to buy it...Vanessa was so helpful and always asking if we needed anything...this is the spot to stay if you want to have a nice place and so many places to shop around

very helpful and friendly owners , clean house , helpful things like blow dryer , beach towels , a steamer for clothes. has a smart tv in the living room. an ac unit in the bedroom. would definitely stay again if i visit.

Great stay! Place was just what we needed as a traveling couple of 2 looking for a resting/landing place between our adventures on the island. It was clean and Rebeca was responsive and communicative. It may appear small, but it truly had everything one would need in its space, comfortable bed, working AC, a TV, warm shower and a small little kitchen area if one wanted to eat "in". The place was super functional and at a great value! Would stay here again!

The host was by far one of the best host I had using air bnb, the host was very actively responsive, very accommodating and had great hospitality. The place was affordable, clean and in a convenient location. Neighbors were friendly. I love how one of the neighbors a few houses down had fresh coconuts that had delicious water inside 😋. I give the host a 5 ⭐. I will be back !

Pedro & Marisol were Great hosts! The Air bnb, was very clean and cute & they made us feel right at home! We loved it so much we had even extended our stay longer :) very responsive and helpful whenever we needed something as well. definitely recommend & can’t wait to visit and book again !

I really enjoyed my stay at Luis’ Airbnb! The space was clean and cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. The highlight of the trip was definitely the hot tub; it was the perfect way to relax and unwind. Luis was a great host and made sure all of our needs were met. I also loved blow it was so close to the airport. Would absolutely stay here again!

Loved staying here. The apartment was nice and spacious. It was easy to find and easy to get into. Jhensen accommodated with early check in so we were able to drop our bags offs and go explore puerto rico. Everyone we met around was super friendly as well. Jhensen communicated quickly and clearly any time we had questions. Such an amazing stay and very close to many of the places we went.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host provided clear instructions, making check-in and check-out super easy. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, and I’ll definitely be saving this spot for future visits.

If you haven’t spent time living in a local neighborhood abroad, don’t let the culture shock catch you off guard — it’s a very different experience than staying at a hotel. If the location of this property feels risky at first, that’s just part of the adjustment. It’s actually in a safe area, close to tourist spots, and surrounded by great restaurants. The outdoor garden and bath were absolutely amazing! We’re really glad we stayed here. :)
