Eugenio's place is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably clean. But the star of the show is Eugenio himself, who is kind, friendly, and extremely responsive. The space was initially too dark to be functional especially at night, and Eugenio quickly went and changed several of the lightbulbs to brighter ones. He makes himself available always and just has a beautiful energy. Definitely recommend his place.

A dream stay in Buenos Aires! I stayed alone in this apartment and it was a great experience from start to finish. The place was spotless: super clean, neat, and with all the details well cared for. It gives a feeling of tranquility and well-being that is greatly appreciated when traveling alone. Patricia left a complimentary sparkling and water that were a nice detail. What surprised me (and loved it!) was being able to use the pool and spa in the building. A true unexpected luxury! The location is also ideal, very safe and close to everything. I felt comfortable the whole time. I would definitely come back and I recommend it especially if you are looking for a quiet, modern place with top-notch amenities. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Always a great stay. I've stayed before and this time I stayed 2 weeks and extended a 3rd. Very nice balcony, washer (no dryer), big fridge and grill. Everything you need and great hosts.

Lovely apartment, can’t ask more from an Airbnb, Great Stay!

We just wrapped up our 1 week trip to Buenos Aires and stayed at Martin and Maria’s Airbnb. We arrived earlier than expected and they had no issues with us checking in a couple of hours early which was amazing! Maria let us into the apartment and walked us through the amenities including the free laundry and sauna on the top floor. The place was absolutely beautiful and clean. The private balcony was perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks! We were very excited to come back to a wonderful home after a long day of walking in BA. The Airbnb is close to a lot of restaurants and central to the activities that we had planned such as the Botanical Garden and Jardin de Japones. There are many parks close by that my 2 yr old son took advantage of. There is a supermarket a couple minutes walk away. Overall we thought this stay was a 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone!

Excellent host always available, the building is beautiful, has everything and conveniently located. The depto is a monoenvironment that overlooks the street, half noisy but without a doubt the price for everything that includes is correct!

Very nice apt, super comfortable, super enjoyable balcony. Everything was very clean and tidy. Very good location, with commercial venues and good places to eat.

Had a great stay here! Has everything you need. I really liked the closed off bedroom rather than a studio, since you can close the door, get in nice and dark, turn on the AC... Really liked having a big TV in each room, which was great for lounging around. The shower is hot, the water pressure is immense. Having a Dia market across the street was helpful, and there's a great fruit store right past it for high quality produce. There are lots of places to eat, although all the top-rated stuff was about a 25 minute walk, but it was a good excuse to get in my steps and walk through the safe-feeling, beautiful neighborhoods of Palermo. I'd stay here again, for sure. Security is friendly, the smart locks are easy to use (no keys!), etc. Overall, the amenities are superb, although the rowing machine in the gym wasn't operational, which is actually one of the reasons I really wanted to stay here. Not the owner's fault :)

Great place for those who go in group. It comfortably accommodates about 12 people. The house has a yard with a barbecue that is charming and very useful for rainy days and lunch with the gang. It has three bathrooms with hot water (one in a suite) and working perfectly. There is a supermarket almost on the corner. In the end, the house was a comfort for everyone. I would definitely come back if I needed a big place to stay. I loved it!

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

The place was so fun! Arcade games were a huge hit ! Damian was easy to communicate with. Comfy beds! Great location , fruit store across the street!

Amazing stay!!! I highly recommend Lucas's place. Perfect location, walkable everywhere, gorgeous home, high ceilings (the place is bigger than in photos when it is usually the opposite!!!) And the patio is AMAZING! Spent so much time up there. Spent a full month and could truly have moved there. The only thing I would note is the stairs going up to the balcony dont have a railing (brutalist style which I really liked, never felt unsafe) so if you have little kids or have poor balance that may be a safety risk. Otherwise no issues!

Very nice house, comfortable to live in with children. It was located near the subway, practical! We liked the house very much.

It is an area with a great variety of restaurants and supermarkets all on the same block block, an excellent large heated pool for swimming, a competitive gym, changing rooms, cinema, work area with WiFi access highly recommended place. great location, quiet area and a beautiful park in front for walking, the communication was excellent, always attentive I just have to say that I will take the room again on my next vacation.

The apartment is comfortable, it was missing some kitchen utensils. The only uncomfortable thing was the first day we arrived, they were just fixing the front and you could hear the hammering a lot, but then it got better. Thanks to Alejandra's good predisposition, we were able to enter before the announced time, which is very valuable when traveling with older people and waiting for a medical appointment.

Very well located and accessible. I went with my poodle Ronnie. I would have liked more pillows and more cleaning items, such as a ballerina cloth and dishcloths, or a new, sealed sponge. Some floor cloth. Also some courtesy like a bottle of water or coffee/tea sachet. Overall very cute. I recommend it and would definitely come back.
