Beautiful and comfortable apartment

Spacious and modern 2-room apartment with toilet and full bathroom in Suite. Located on a tree-lined boulevard, blocks from Parque Saavedra and 100 meters from Av. Cabildo with multiple transportations. The area has a variety of bars and restaurants. Necessary equipment for long or short stays, very comfortable furniture. The room has a queen-size bed, desk, 32" TV, and large closet. In the living room there is a sofa bed, a piece of furniture with a 43" TV that rotates to be seen from both sides.

The place is amazing. The apartment is spacious and cozy. It's within walking distance to public transportation and you can walk at night safely. It's surrounded by a park and lots of restaurants and coffee shops. I'll definitely stay here next time I visit Buenos Aires. The place is extraordinary. The apartment is spacious and has plenty of light. It is very close to public transportation. At night you can walk without problems. It is next to a park where you can walk, exercise or ride a bike. Lots of restaurants and cafés. I would definitely stay again on my next visit to Buenos Aires.

Simply spectacular!!! Maria Laura is a genius! From the first moment she was super attentive to any query, in anything we needed she gave much more than 100%, the check-in and check-out had a flexibility that I will always be grateful, in terms of the apartment, just beautiful, it has everything you need, clean, with a beautiful terrace, we did not need anything, the location is unbeatable, you have the sub two blocks, and you can move around the city with ease, my expectations were already high and still managed to overcome them by a lot. I definitely recommend it, you don't have to look any further, when I return to the city this is definitely my first and only option, Thank you Maria! You're the best!
