Cozy mountain apartment on the sunny slope with panoramic views. Welcome to our lovingly furnished 1 1/2-room apartment on the sunny slope of Tälfsch in the beautiful Prättigau in Graubünden. The apartment can accommodate couples, small families or solo travelers and invites you to linger with lots of charm and a breathtaking view of the mountains. In summer, hiking trails start right at your doorstep, in winter you can reach the ski resorts Klosters-Davos and Grüsch-Danusa in a short time.

The apartment is on the second floor of our wooden house and has been lovingly preserved and restored in the wooden style. It is simply and stylishly furnished so that you feel right at home in the distance. It is spacious and offers a large balcony with incredible views over the Prättigau with a view of Klosters at the back of the valley. The house is built on the southern slope and enjoys many hours of sunshine. Peace and tranquility are guaranteed here! Most comfortable for 4 guests.

After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, you can walk relatively steeply up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest for about 100 m.

Just a 2-minute walk from the shops, train station and Gotschna gondola, it's the ideal base for excursions.

Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.
