5 minutes' walk from a huge ski area and a bus stop outside for a 5 minute ride to other ski areas. No need for car hire, just walk from the train station. Ski hire/school, restaurants and food shops all within 5 mins. Great views across the mountains. Mountain nature reserve behind the chalet. The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

Besides this idyllic location, the apartment offers many features: It can accommodate up to 7 people. Because besides the 5standard beds in the two bedrooms (two double beds + one bunk bed), the living room couch is very practical and offers quality sleeping space for two people. The deep and very spacious terrace is oriented in two cardinal directions and guarantees sun in the morning and in the afternoon, as the peaks of the Rätikon allow it.
