Nathalie is a great host. When we arrived Nathalie showed us the house and all the facilities. We arrived a bit late but she immediately had several suggestions for restaurant close by (Rosas is a great place to go). There were bikes we could use and she also had a map of the surrounding area if you want to go cycling or go on a walk. Also there's a really nice cat named Quito who was a dream. Beautiful area and close to two train stations from where you can go to either Amsterdam or Utrecht. We had a great visit and we would definitely book again.

Nathalie's boat house is perfect to get away for a few days. The cottage is cosily furnished and is located in an environment that has a lot to offer: nature, charming villages, nice restaurants and not far from Utrecht and Hiversum. Nathalie welcomes you with open arms!

The Chalet is absolutely stunning. The location next to the water and furthermore the hot whirlpool were a few highlights on out trip to the Netherlands. Looking forward to go there by summer again!

Top-class accommodation There is really everything here, from the jacuzzi to a huge weaver grill. The chalet is very spacious and clean. And Jolanda, who is responsible for the accommodation, is a gold coin. She was always available and could give tips and help. You can get from Breukelen (4 km from the accommodation) by train in 30 minutes to Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague are an hour by car. So everything is within reach. We were there over New Year's Eve and will definitely go again in the summer because there is still a boat available, moored directly on the terrace. The chalet was ideal for 4 people, with 6 people it would be too narrow for me. But still highly recommended.

Good address to get to Amsterdam: 20 minutes to the parking relay, then 3 tram stations to be at the station. Nice little village next door, with jumbo shop. And beautiful environment of the mobile home at the edge of the water.

Absolutely breathtaking so much better than the pictures, lovely quite area with parking at the chalet, had everything our family of 5 needed. It is 30min from Amsterdam so not a long drive and supermarket was close by.

I had a wonderful time staying at Coriens place! She is a great host and always responded whenever i had a question. The area is very peacful with stunning nature around it.

I didn’t know much about the Hilversum/Loosdrecht area before this stay and it’s a surprisingly nice place. There’s quite a bit of nature surrounding the Airbnb and from the Hilversum station you can easily access cities like The Hague, Amsterdam, Utrecht or Amersfoort Corien responses in a timely manner and I recommend staying here.

Neat, clean and tastefully decorated. Everything you need is available. Located in Loosdrecht, a few minutes' drive from Hilversum. Checking in with a key box was easy. The nice welcoming also talked.

Leon and Juiette are very friendly hosts. Their house, located in a typical Dutch environment, is very pretty. You immediately feel good there. Ideal for visiting Amsterdam while being able in the evening, after a tiring day of sightseeing, to find a much quieter place.

The location of the houseboat and the place Vreeland are a true dream. We really enjoyed our stay on the sewage. The houseboat is great equipped. The images of the ad are indeed a bit older. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable. Only the outdoor areas (decking) could use a repair here and there.

Cor and Lia are very caring and responsive hosts. We spent two wonderful evenings on their houseboat with an exceptional view, in a calm and lush setting ... yet at the gates of Amsterdam!

It was a terrific stay. The chalet is cute and cozy. Looenen is wonderful and the people are super friendly. It is very close to Amsterdam. It is very good with the car to the p + r and from there with the metro in the city. Super easy. There are nice places around looenen.

Everything went very well.

We were as a family with six adults and a child for four days in Jos' cottage. It was all to our complete satisfaction. We felt very comfortable and would love to spend a few more days there again. Jos had explained everything very well in advance and responded quickly and nicely to news. The accommodation was very well equipped, very clean and totally comfortable. The outdoor area right on the water invites you to linger and the large table is great for shared meals outdoors. The location between Utrecht and Amsterdam is perfect for those who would like to make a day trip to the city. Otherwise, the direct surroundings also have a lot to offer: cycling or boating, swimming or strolling through the small surrounding villages. It was a completely beautiful and relaxing stay.

We had to 6 a wonderful stay in this accommodation. On the site there is even a small shop and a restaurant. In May it was so peaceful and quiet. Also to Amsterdam and Utrecht is easy to reach by public transport, about 1 hour including footpath. The accommodation was absolutely clean and has everything important. The location is of course a dream right on the water. Really a great Airbnb apartment!

We had some super relaxing days at Nel's place. It's a little garden Eden in the hustle of everyday's life. We escaped the stress by just sitting in the beautiful garden, looking on the water front and listening to the silence. The cute boat can be used to explore the canals or for the Trip to the Loosdrecht seas. For a trip to Amsterdam we parked free in Breukelen and went by train in 30 min to Amsterdam Centraal. Nel welcomed us warmly and even checked us out personally. The communication was always easy and fast. It was a perfect short vacation, we recommend Nel as host and her nice place 100%!

I spent a wonderfully long weekend at this house along the Loosdrecht Lake with my family. I enjoyed everything and did not lack anything. And besides all this, also a beautiful boat in front of the door, with this a nice trip on the Vecht. Cool box and enjoy. In the evening lit a nice fire and watch the sun go down. I was happy with you and your holiday.

We were very pleased with our stay here. The scenery is beautiful, the location is great, perfect for anyone looking for relaxation, away from the bustle of the city. We are deeply indebted to the hospitality and warmth of Nel & husband. If we ever get back here, we will definitely be back to this stay again!

What a wonderful stay we had at Nel's place! The house was sparkling clean and comfortable. But what made it extra special was the location (right on the water), and the amazing outdoor space, which served as an extension of the inside living space. There was a large wooden table with six chairs, in another nook was a beautiful corner bench, right next to the barbecue for a fun night barbecuing and near the outdoor fireplace were four adirondack chairs to sit in and enjoy the view and the fireplace. We used their boat for a fun day on the water and we made sure we brought wine and snacks. Lovely! Nel and her husband were very hospitable and enthusiastic hosts, whose pride for their house was very evident. We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

Rianne's place is so much more beautiful than the already gorgeous picture. The place is super clean, cozy and has the most amazing lake view. It was a pity we only got to stay for one night because it's definitely a place for a romantic weekend gateway. Rianne is helpful, friendly and gave us super clear instructions. The place is packed with everything you need and top of that it has an easy access and a large parking area just across the house that hosts the cottage. Cannot recommend this enough.

A small hut with a fantastic location on a lake. The cabin is designed in a beautiful Scandinavian style. One lives in the garden of the owners and has its own area. The kitchen had all the necessary things you needed. A great Nespresso machine is also available. With us the outside temperature was very cool, so we had to heat the hut with an additional heater. The bathroom has no sink. The sink is in the kitchen. The location is great. Only 30 minutes to Utrecht. In the village there are a few cafes and restaurants. At the lake you can go for a walk or bike. It is not the cheapest, but something extraordinary. We are happy to come back.

Very friendly people who provide a cozy, neat and spacious place to stay. Perfectly accessible by car from Amsterdam.

The place is lovely with stylish touches. It is a roof conversion so low ceilings and bathroom/toilet downstairs. We wanted a base to explore this part of The Netherlands and it suited us well.

We loved our stay in Susannes guesthouse. During rain and storm (February ;) ) we could use the saune and the steambath, which was just perfect. We could read and relax in the lovely living room or sit on the balcony. Because of the roof you're save from the wind and rain. When sun is shining you go to Amsterdam, or even better, Utrecht. 25min by Car to a P+R and then by Bus into the beautiful city center (parking + Bus for up to 5 Persons just 5€). Every Information you need a prepared and waiting for you in the apartment, so you can plan your next day while relaxing on the couch after an evening in the sauna. Everything was as good as expected, so, thank you Susanne :)

The rooms have bright and clean windows, and they are very design-oriented! A ten-minute drive from the listing is a large shopping center with two large supermarkets and many stores, which is very convenient. We were here for a weekend in winter with 2 children aged 8 and 10. Spacious houseboat with all necessary amenities. Half an hour's drive from the center of Amsterdam. Free parking at 30m from the door. Blissfully relax by the fire. Within 5 minutes Cor was there with matches that we did not immediately find. Relaxing view of the lake. The children enjoyed the extra large bath. Blissfully fall asleep with the quack of ducklings in the background. Small downside, there should be a handyman staying overnight to fix some small defects. 5 * service! Would be great to come back in the spring / summer! Recommended.

We have been able to enjoy this wonderful houseboat with our 11 month old daughter for a few days. The weather was warm and you can dive right into the Vecht from the terrace, enjoy! A really nice and cozy place to stay. Certainly very paradise in summer. Amsterdam is quick and easy to reach by car. Bas and Eline were immediately available for any questions. Our personal highlight: the cheese fondue on New Year's Eve.

A unique and special location that is remote in feel but in actuality close to Amsterdam - 25 minutes, and Utrecht 15 mins by car. I highly recommend this place. Hosts were unobtrusive yet responsive and provided accurate information.

This is such a cute and comfy little house. Angeline, the host, is lovely and very nice. The house was decorated with fresh flowers which made us feel welcome. The kitchen was equipped with that we needed to cook and it even had food (egg, crackers, cheese and sparkling water). Checking in and out was fast and easy. A tip for future guests: don’t overload your luggage as the entrace is made of pebbles and you’ll most likely have to carry it. We loved our stay in Angeline little house and we’ll definitely stay there again if we come back to Amsterdam.

Staying at Angeline's is lovely and gives guests a chance to feel the calm pace of life as one makes their way to central Amsterdam from your cosy home, while passing tranquil fields, forests and countryside farms. Would definitely stay at yours again when coming to Amsterdam! Was perfect to be able to have such a late check in due to our flight delay and desire to spend time in Amsterdam central beyond the time of the last train to Hilversum, the nearest train station to Angeline's. Some may say it is too far from the city centre but given the great value price, even with an Uber from Amsterdam around 2am, when shared with one other person to get home, it is all in all well worth it!

The Tiny House by Angelina is the perfect place for a getaway. It is decorated with love and we lacked nothing. On the one hand Kortenhoef is a good starting point for day trips to the surrounding larger cities, on the other hand, it can relax in the garden very well. We would definitely come again. :)

Caroline responds quickly all our queries. We also received a very warm welcome from her mother as she was away on her trip to New Zealand. The host also allowed us to check in earlier than we supposed to. The overall view of the house is stunning and we wish we could stay longer. We really had a pleasant stay at her charming home.

Caroline's cottage is indeed really nice. Spacious, light, fully furnished, with excellent parking and in a really nice village to explore the Netherlands. If again near Amsterdam, we will return for sure.

It was a very pleasant stay with Irma and Jan. I was received very hospitably in the brand new airb & b. Everything looked very atmospheric. The wall painting on the wall of the area looked particularly beautiful and stylish. I have never seen anything like this before. After a good night's sleep in a great bed and after a wonderful (pouring) shower, enjoyed a delicious extensive breakfast from the filled fridge and the tasty fresh rolls. Overall, a great stay. I would like to come again.

Conny's house is GREAT, much more than we expected! It is located in a very quiet and picturesque neighborhood, has free parking on the street and the house is very comfortable, with super nice views and everything you need to spend a good stay. It is only 25 minutes from the center of Amsterdam and very well connected with all the other tourist spots in Holland, without a doubt a very good option!

What a special place! The tree houses were very comfortable and stylishly furnished. The greenhouse is also such a wonderful place with a view of the green. The hot tub is somewhat laborious but once warmed up it is wonderful to relax with a view of the meadows. All spaces are furnished with care and style! We made another outing to Weesp and had a delicious dinner at restaurant Flores. In short, a must.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your tree houses. We enjoyed it. What nice mattresses and good comforters. Kitchen is well furnished and many basic things were also present. Great spot! And great people

Stayed here 2 nights on weekend trip to Amsterdam. This trip was for 2 couples so the 2 king size beds worked out great! So, let me give you an accurate accounting of our experience so you can be prepared. First, please understand this is really camping in the country, on a very quiet road. Cows will be your closest neighbors and there will be plenty of bugs, dust, dirt that will always accompany camping. Jan met us at the meet up time, was super polite and walked us through everything we needed to know. The hot tub has to be filled before use and it takes a couple hours. Then it has to be heated with fire and takes 4-5 hours to heat up. You can’t leave any of this unattended so if you want to get a soak you have to be fully prepared to go through this process which we did....and it was a lot of fun. There is a small village nearby with a restaurant and grocery store, Albert Heijn. We took an Uber to the city center for $35 each way, took about 30 minutes. Was pretty happy that they came out all that way. The shower and toilet are in a different building than the cabins. The kitchen and dining area were in a greenhouse and it stayed very warm throughout the day and most of the night. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Price was reasonable for 4 people and the weather was great, so our experience was good, but if you are looking to hang out in the city a lot, you might want to consider the distance. The cows next door made a great back drop for a beautiful landscape. Kitchen was fully stocked and equipped with anything you will need. Cabins have a sink with running water and they have heat if needed. Hosts do not live on premises, which allows for plenty of privacy. Overall was a good experience!

So many lovely details, the fireplace makes the accommodation so cozy and the view is just fantastic! We enjoyed the time at Kitty so much that we only went for walks. A nice cottage in a cottage area; fully equipped, with everything you need on holiday. To Amsterdam (P + R) you need about 25 minutes by car. Shops (several supermarkets) are on site. I would definitely come back again.

We had an excellent experience in the Suitlodges house, although, ac should be considered, house gets really hot.

We loved the lodge we stayed in. The park is beautiful with the central lake. The lodge is as described but the photos don’t really do it any justice, it’s bigger than it looks! It’s in a perfect location for exploring the local area or quick trips into Amsterdam or Utrecht. Take a car though! We would definitely consider returning again in future! Great place to have a relaxed holiday!

The house is located in a very tranquil place, hence it was quiet and peaceful. Interior is very warm and cosy with complete amenities (everything you need is there). One thing missing was the hairdryer but the rental office at the front entrance has it, you might want to ask for it during check-in. This house is about 30mins to Amsterdam downtown by driving and is conveniently situated near to supermarket and many restaurants. Overall, it was a lovely stay!

Super hospitality and a superb apartment. No problem getting to Amsterdam from the nearest metro station (15-20 mins by car). I strongly advise.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at this great spacious one bedroom apartment! Waking up looking over the harbour and the lake, its just stunning. 20min from Amsterdam RAI which was perfect cause from there you take the metro into town. You do need a car here though, there is not much going on in winter. Nice and relaxing though:)

We had a comfortable stay at Catherine's. Our arrival was delayed because of the rain and traffic on the roads but Patrick met us with the keys and was super nice. Parked the car at Breukelen Station and took the train into Central Amsterdam in 30mins! All in all very nice for our family :)

The apartment was in perfect condition, incredible views of the lake and the jetty. Very close to Amsterdam if you want to visit the city, a few minutes by car. Communication was great at all times. 100% recommendable.

The Bnb is situated on top of a boat storage / showroom of the marina. This means we had to drag everything up the narrow stairs, but the fantastic view over the water is more than worth it! You can tell that Catherine knows what people value when they rent a place like this. Everything was perfectly clean, nicely decorated and the place is equipped with everything you need for a comfy stay. The only lacking is a television, but that did not bother us too much.

Her charming garden house and the garden are very 'hygge' - filled with warm, generous and positive energies (I absolutely loved the tiles on the bathroom floor! - gutted I forgot to take a picture). We also loved exploring the surrounding countryside and lakes and walking through the picturesque hamlet. Charlotte created a safe space for us to truly relax and enjoy every moment. She was always available, and never imposing. Really the most wonderful host. We felt comfortable and at home, and we cannot wait to go back. Thank you so much!

Great, small accommodation, which is very cozy and decorated with attention to detail. By car you can quickly reach the train station of Weesp. From there you can get to Amsterdam for little money (journey time only about 15min.). The nature around the bungalow is great and invites you to relax. By bike we explored the area. Ankeveen and the many nearby places are as well worth a visit as Amsterdam.

This chalet is a fantastic place to stay while exloring the nearby cities of Utrecht and Amsterdam. The chalet is light, bright and airy yet homely and very comfortable. The outdoor space is wonderful. The chalet was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The host was very friendly and helpful.

A very nice host :-) The location is great for excursions to start, not too far away, but not too crowded. We had great weather and were able to refresh ourselves in the pool. The grill is also a clear plus.

We loved this space. If its possible to book it, go for it. If you are looking for a quite nice chalet on a sweet chalethouse park with water around its perfect. It was silent, very clean for a camping park chalet and just what we have been looking for. You can cook on gas in a sweet kitchen (no oven but micorwave). We rented a boat on the same road, and enjoyed a day on the water. After that we arrived back in the comfortable feel like home space, cooked something and played some cards while we enjoyed the sun on the cool terrace. Gijs was a very great host. He reacted superfast to every question, even the long ones. He left us a present we didn´t mentioned it was for us, who could expect that. It was our first own Air BnB experience and Gijs helped out with evertyhting very kind. So again, if you want to break out of everyday stress, its perfect.

We have been great at Inge's house, the house is magnificent, in detail, in front of a canal with good views, a quiet place from where to make routes through Holland, is between Amsterdaam and Utrech, with good access to the highway, we have gone with the motorcycle and Inge has let us park inside the garden, it is 100% recommended, without a doubt if we return to Holland we will return to Inge's house, she is a magnificent hostess, thanks Angie for everything

This is one of the best Airbnb's I have ever stayed at. It was excellent in every way, the location, close to picturesque Utrecht, overlooking a very Dutch lanscape of meadows dotted with lamb, a canal and a village on the horizon, the interior of the barn -- surprisingly stylish, simple and chic like a five star hotelroom and the spaciousness -- a sleeping floor with beams and closets big enough for two on an extended stay. But best, and most surprising of all was the breakfast, brought by Rudi at 8.15 (on our request) on the dot, and no effort was spared on this classic Dutch breakfast. There were boiled eggs, homemade bread, yoghurt, granola, fresh fruit, cheese and ham, avocado, jams and even Nutella and chocolate sprinkles! If its not booked on our next visit, we will definitely be back.

Clean, well-equipped and super position. It was lovely to meet Marcel face to face (there is a key store but Marcel welcomed us the property personally). We were all glad we chose this property for our New Year's Eve holiday. It is well-positioned in the village with walks easily accessible nearby. We didn't eat out locally because the kitchen was so well equipped we ate at home most nights. The local Jumbo at Loosdrecht was perfect for what we needed. Great produce. We had a couple of good walks at Emmikkerbosch and lunch at Zonnestraal nearby and a circular walk turning right at the end of the street. We also were able to wash and dry our clothes before we returned home. The heating was easy to operate and even though it was cold outside we were very cosy. If you need to visit Hilversum but don't want to be in the centre, this is a good solution - only a few minutes from Hilversum centre by car/taxi. We would definitely stay here again.

One of the best Airbnb we ever had!!! Everything is there you need. The place is just perfect. Had perfect bike trips in the great country side... everyday finished with awesome kayak trips on the lake. The terrace is just perfect for relaxing. Could not say what is missing here. Just a perfect stay for a week. You are doing nothing wrong if you stay here.

Marcel's place is wonderful, everything in this area looks like heaven. There are kaiks that are free to use, and bycicles that can be rented. There are pretty good restaurant in the area and some attractions, you should sale 😄. Marcel was a perfect host. He was always available for communication, he is patience, polite and always smiles. Value is totally worth the money we paid. Everything was beyond expected

House and location are great! It was a holiday with tranquility, nature and many birds - exactly what we were looking for.

Marcel is a great host especially his quick response and clear explanation. This house is amazing especially spacious outdoor Terrance, We had breakfast at outdoor table every morning and we cook dinner every night. Suggest to go Albert Cuyp market, it takes 30 minutes drive，u can buy all foods u needed. And, there is 2 bicycles that is flexible for rental. Canoe is free of charge, u can enjoy it anytime. Anyway, we had a memorable holiday here and sure come back again.

Great hospitality and a very nice place to stay

My new paradise! Kortenhoef is beautiful and staying in Jaap’s home is the best escape I’ve ever had. You can hop on the buses to get into Amsterdam in 1 hour and 20 minutes or bike around his nature-filled neighborhood. It was a perfect stay and Jaap was a perfect host.

Very very nice home. Really charming, multilingual hosts, with great courtesy and a strong sense of humor. Jaap is considerate, responsive and ready to help. Breakfast sweet and salty copious and varied. With each day a little surprise for children (chocolate, Easter period requires). The accommodation is behind a beautiful house, quiet, surrounded by a garden. A place where you can make beautiful walks, canoeing or cycling. Delicious restaurant right in front. If you have a car, you can go in 20 minutes to a train station which then takes you to Amsterdam in less than 20 minutes. Frequent trains, until late at night. Really a good address at a reasonable price compared to those practiced in the city center of Amsterdam.

Very nice tiny house in a quaint village outside of Amsterdam. Be cautious of public transportation. Like many others have said, the bus that services this area only comes once an hour. I decided to rent a bike actually to have more freedom and that also allowed me to explore the surrounding countryside as well. Thank you Annemarie!

Mini Me is really a cozy caravan with the most necessary equipment. For 2 people, who especially want to explore the surroundings optimally! It is super fast in Amsterdam but also Nerderhost the mountain itself is worth seeing and worth the one or the other / other walk / bike ride. Albert Heijn is about 10 minutes away and has everything you need. We had a good time!

Annemarie‘s wagon is a beautiful tiny space for two. It was perfect for our very first trip as a couple and made us feel private yet able to pick up contact with people. It is cozy on colder days, awesome when there‘s rainy weather and thunder outside and quite luxury for such a tiny place. But be aware: during summertime there will be mosquitos at the lake and inside the wagon it will get quite warm.

The accommodation is very cozy and modern. You can really spend a great time there. We stayed there over a weekend and would have liked to stay longer. The train connection from Breukelen to Amsterdam is great and after a 30 minute drive you can explore "Amsterdam center" very well. From the accommodation to the train station we drove about 15 minutes by car. There is free parking. I can definitely recommend this accommodation. Mary is a very good hostess, she answers quickly to messages and you can contact her anytime. We will come back in any case :-)

We were there 6 nights and could recover very well. The location is very quiet and perfect for relaxing. The equipment is great, we did not miss anything. Check-in and check-out was super uncomplicated. Mary is a very nice hostess. From Breukelen you can take the train without stress to Amsterdam and Utrecht. The P + R at the train station is free. We recommend the accommodation.
