It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Our apartment is located directly in the countryside. The center of Wiggensbach with local amenities, restaurants, a pizzeria and a café is within walking distance. In winter, there is a cross-country ski trail 100 m from the apartment. The nearest ski resort Eschach is 10 minutes away by car. In summer, hikes and bike tours are possible directly from the apartment. The Herrenwieser Weiher with swimming area and sunbathing lawn is 4 km away. No smoking and no animals.
