There is a pellet stove and heat pump as heat sources in the living room There is also plenty of space for outdoor activities with coziness in the shelter as well as a campfire in the space in front of the shelter. In the shed by the shelter, there are games.

The house is located in beautiful nature with lots of wild life right outside the door.. follow the path 200 meters and you stand on the water's edge of the fjord. Here you get the feeling of grandmother's allotment house.. perfect for the small family. The area beckons with plenty of opportunities for e.g. angling, surfing, hiking, canoeing/kayaking, etc. There is a grocery store, pizzeria, restaurant and cafes within 3 km. The whole house is newly renovated and looks nice..

The whole plot is surrounded by trees and with a lawn, so you can sit outside completely undisturbed. The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.

There is always shelter right around the house, where the sun is from when it rises until the evening falls. You can go down to bathe in a few minutes.

From the apartment, there is a beautiful view of the fjord and only 200 meters to a "private beach. It is possible to rent a double and a single kayak - or even bring your own. The entire apartment was newly built in 2019, with underfloor heating in all rooms.
