Very clean very close to airport and downtown is a plus! We we were only there a short time one night but the host and house were good, quiet neighborhood easy to find and the cutest little dog . Everything was decorated so nice and clean .. the bedroom and bathroom are small but great for one person maybe two.

Ms.Baerbel is the most gracious hostess I have encountered in my Airbnb experience. The property is beyond a 5 Star...it was so clean I didnt want to touch anything. I knew the host cared about your comfort when I noticed the cushion hangar, very classy. "Cozy" is an understatement when describing the room i stayed in. I highly recommend this hostess and property.

Baerbel’s home was inviting and very clean. She was happy to help in any way. The bed was very comfortable and the full bath was perfect. The description is accurate and it was helpful to have a separate entrance, use of the pool area, and access to the free local shuttle. I was able to use the kitchen and she appreciated the respect of keeping the area clean. I would definitely be a guest in Baer’s home again!! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Awesome, low-key and stylish. The apartment definitely has the space and amenities for a group of 4. If you're coming in form the airport I would definitely recommend it as a place to get some much needed rest.

Appreciated the early check-in and communication. Great location. Slept one night, so spent most of the day out. This served it's purpose of a one night stay before our flight the next day.

You CANNOT beat this place for the price. The space is small, but very cozy and accommodating to your needs. Always happy to get to a place and see it be squeaky clean and have extra towels! Overall it is very private. The hobbit door is a really cool touch too! Would definitely come back again!

Perfect place for solo traveler. Convenient, affordable and close to everything.

I am 27 and was traveling alone and needed a place to stay. Traveling alone for the first time was a bit uneasy for me. I read all the previous reviews and felt comfortable giving Jane's place a try. It is a small room, I'd compare it to the size of a small dorm room. But for one person it was exactly what I needed. The Hobbit door is really cool and I wish I had one at home! I met Jane and her husband when I arrived, they were very kind and talked to me about my stay. Jane's husband also offered some suggestions to me regarding public transportation. The room was very clean! I was able to come and go at leisure without any problems. I would recommend this place!

I was in AZ for a work week, stayed at Cozy Garden Studio mostly just for sleep. It's a truly brilliant use of small private space, quiet residential, easy driving access to everywhere, plush towels, full-sized fridge. Had the fan on at night, which completely erased the sounds of occasional slow train (no horns) and nearby airport. Little welcoming snacks/tea/coffee were thoughtful and the hobbit door was entirely charming. Jane responded quickly to any questions that I had, and having read the Reviews of others also were helpful to make my stay perfect.

This AirBnB is private, with a private entrance. Jane was always available with a text or call, so there was great communication. She also kindly accommodated my truck with trailer which cramped her curb. Thanks! I'm over six feet tall and found the toilet a little cramped, but that is my only consideration. Near a great Starbucks, and very close to ASU.

The room was clean and tidy and the amenities were readily available. If you don’t have something, she will do her best to accommodate you. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Great place if you have a value mindset. It is close to everything and you can't beat the cost.

I was on my own for a week here and Sandra's place fit me perfectly. It's in a great spot to catch the free public transportation both to Tempe and Scottsdale and hang out there everyday. I didn't need more than the room and the bathroom so this was exactly what I was after.

Unfortunately I had to check in 2 days later cause a flight cancellation from Italy. Sandra has a very comfy room in her own house. Very clean, she provided everything for a nice stay.

This condo was clean & personal. Lots of towels, bedding & supplies. Host was welcoming & answered my question right away. Great location right by Papago Park. It was perfect for our girls getaway to the Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show! Took my 2 daughters & one friend and the condo was great for us! It's a 25 minute drive up to West World but we didn't mind because we got to drive right through the red rocks on our way & there are lots of restaurants. Old Town isn't far either. The resort has a nice pool & hot tub! It felt secure & quiet. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We rented a car, and this condo is basically within about 5 miles from everything we came to Phoenix/Scottsdale to do. The unit itself is kept up nicely and has everything you need. Zita also provides a binder with recommended places to see and eat at which was helpful. Highly recommend this place!

We truly enjoyed our stay. and one thing that to me was such an extra plus at Zita's place was the atmosphere was very peaceful.

Everything was very clean and well maintained. The location is very close to the airport which was very convenient for our stay.

Great place. Very clean and comfortable. The owner leaves great suggestions to eat or visit. I especially liked the shower. At 6'2" I usually have to duck under the shower. He, its above me. Best part is the location. You within 10 minutes from everywhere. Mesa, Phoenix. Great place for two.

I had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s. Her home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located. I was taking a workshop at Scottsdale Artists’ School which is just 3 short miles away, straight down Scottsdale Rd. A comfortable space, it provided everything I needed. Nicole has created a hospitable, cozy home-away-from-home that warmly greeted me in the evening where it was easy to relax.

Nicole’s place was absolutely fantastic. It was very easy to check in and she was great to communicate with. Her place was central to every where we wanted to go. Highly recommend!

We loved loved our stay at Nicole's Cozy desert oasis! It is in a perfect location, close to so many cool things like papago park, Desert Botanical gardens and old town scottsdale. We loved how cute the space was decorated and it was even a bit bigger then we had expected. The only thing is I wish there was a little bit more light in the corner of the room where the shelves for clothes are because it was hard to see even with all the lights on to unpack over there and hang up clothes! but obviously, a small thing and over all it was 10/10 and we will be back some winter in the future we loved it so much and would recommend it to family & friends!

Maximizing a mini space to live in is a feat we read about the Japanese mastering. Well, Nick's place has grabbed a page from that utilitarian functional playbook and he's created a novel space meant to principally sleep and recharge in while visiting Tempe. All the room's details are well done and a stay here will remind one that comfort can be achieved in a minimalist way. To note: the loft bed is full sized.

I’m originally from Phoenix, and when I stayed at Heather’s place I felt right at home! The sleep space was cozy and comfortable, and everything was clean and Heather was super hospitable. It’s in a great location especially if you’re wanting to spend time between Scottsdale and Tempe. Heather's place is exactly what she says - quiet, clean, comfortable. It's located just a couple miles from local attractions, easily within walking or Uber range (bus stops are also close). Heather is wonderfully communicative and quick to respond to messages.

I stayed over 2 years at Wayne and Nancy's Airbnb while I finished my novel. The entire stay was amazing and I couldn't have found a better place to live and work. Wayne and Nancy are friendly, caring, and helpful, and wonderful hosts overall. I always felt at home and I felt comfortable approaching them with anything. Their house is in an ideal location in Tempe, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. My experience was nothing but the best, and I highly recommend them to anyone interested in visiting Tempe for a short or extended period of time.

Wayne and Nancy were great hosts, very polite and organized. They provided a good amount of refrigerator space and tried to accommodate me whenever possible. They could have kept the house a little cooler as it was very hot, but all in all it was a very nice place to stay.

Great Airbnb spot close to the Airport. The first thing I look for is cleanliness and it’s appearance. This spot hits that. It’s very clean, very nice Airbnb, the directions of how to get in and where it’s at should be a standard!! They give you step by step instructions with pictures! The price, it’s quiet, private and it’s safe! My only issue was the bedroom pillows are bit to thin but the bed is comfy. I would recommend the spot and stay here again. 😊

This unit is in a very nice gated condo complex that is beautifully landscaped. The unit itself is clean, nicely appointed, and great for short or long term stays. It is convenient to downtown Tempe, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay there again!

Quality, location, and space all A+ ! I had such an amazing and relaxing stay and I would definitely stay again!

Beth's place is in a terrific location near Papago Park, Scottsdale, Tempe. I had a great time biking from her house and going to Tempe to see my daughter. Beth is a kind and thoughtful host with a very nice home in a great neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful. Nice back yard to relax and have a meal. Nice parking. Great brewery and restaurant options close by. Will definitely return if I need a place in the future! Thanks Beth.

Beth’s home is spotless and welcoming. It has great amenities: easy parking, breakfast and a nice little patio area. To top it off, Beth is so kind. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very comfortable and great location. Beth is a kind host and she leaves you freshly cut oranges and grapefruit (from her trees) in the morning. Lovely backyard with table and chairs to relax. A special place to find in Phoenix, easy distance from Art Museum and Desert Botanical Gardens.

Beth’s place was very clean and, although tucked into a quiet neighborhood, closely located to downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale. Beth herself was very helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed during the stay. All in all, it was a very nice place to stay while in Phoenix.

Beth's place was an amazing oasis in Phoenix! She was so friendly and welcoming, as were the other guests. It was like visiting friends! The breakfast was a wonderful bonus, and it was a huge treat to be able to have fresh oranges and grapefruit right off of Beth's backyard trees, and to eat in the sunshine on her back patio. The bedrooms were spacious and cozy, and had every amenity you could need. The beds themselves had to have been the most comfortable I've ever slept on! You literally melt into the memory foam mattresses like you're sleeping on a cloud! I loved Beth's place so much that I actually stayed a day longer than I planned. Stay here, you won't regret it!

Beth's place is great, I relaxed a lot on the back porch and enjoyed walking over to the hole in the rock. The oranges and grapefruit from the trees out back were super delicious. I've been here before and it was great both times.

Good place to stay when heading to the airport. Had an early morning flight and experienced no problems getting to the airport in 10-15 minutes by car. Host was quick to communicate. The bedroom was private and relatively quiet. Space was clean with nice private bathroom and shared kitchen area.

The master bedroom was not what I was expecting it was BETTER with having a literal private bathroom in the bedroom how convenient, Jessica was amazing with the questions I had and responding. We didn’t have any issues with the stay would definitely stay again when I come back!!

This my first time in Arizona using Airbnb and it was very pleaser on house was super clean and they even left eggs, Milk, bread, and butter along with dishes and kitchen stuff to eat and use , I am very impressed would stay there again

Jessica communicated everything perfectly and the home was amazing! I was impressed with the style of the home and it was very clean and comfortable. The bed was like heaven so I slept very well. Definitely will stay again!

Clean, simple bedroom with attached bath. No frills but no complaints. There were other guests in the house but they were pretty quiet. Would stay there again!

My stay with Wayne and Carol was amazing! They were very kind and thoughtful hosts, and they provided me with a great room for my five-week stay in Phoenix! I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a middle/long-term room in the Phoenix area!

Wayne & Nancy are super nice and accommodating! They have a lovely home and it felt like I was staying with family in my 1.5 months there. It’s the perfect spot for a working student like me who isn’t home very much and doesn’t necessarily need a whole entire apartment to myself. My previous lease ended in the middle of the spring semester, so their specialty with long term stays was really convenient for me as well. They were always very responsive and more than happy to help with any questions I had. It was a great overall experience and you definitely can’t beat the value for money with this space!

Wayne and Nancy are the best hosts I've ever had. I stayed with them for 14 months, and their home felt like my home. They are very warm and kind people, and they're happy to talk to you or give you space. Coming back to a homey and clean place every evening in a quiet (and cute!!) neighborhood gave me a sense of relief and grounding, and I loved not having to worry about chores ever. The bathroom is spacious with plenty of storage, and the Bedroom #1 gets plenty of light but is very private, since it's on the side of the house. Internet is great, and they've got all sorts of TV options if that's your thing. I felt very comfortable hanging out in the living room with them and there was never an issue with cooking space (kitchen is huge). I highly recommend staying with them!!

Wayne and Nancy are the finest exemplars of warm welcoming and golden hosting. My transition in moving cross-country from New York to Arizona could not have been as smooth and stress-free without them! They are the kindest and most pleasant of people and are open for socializing when you are available, or giving you peace and quiet if doing work. I truly recommend them to anyone!

The most impressive thing for me staying here was Wayne and Nancy made I felt very welcome. The house was very tidy, safe and is close to everything you need for living. If I have an opportunity to visit Tempe and his room is available, I will definitely stay at his place again.

Wayne and Nancy are Absolutely the best! I traveled to Tempe to help my son get acclimated to the area. Were from NY and was getting him ready for school. My daughters and I stayed in their cute well equipped apartment on site while my son stayed in one of the available rooms. We had everything at our fingertips and more, the attention to detail is rare and I look forward to seeing them again. Wayne was even nice enough to help move my son into his appartment when it became available. If I could give Wayne and Nancy a million stars, I would.

Our Wanderjaunt rental was great!! Loved the location, being on Tempe lake , close to hiking, university , highway, clean & amenities were really nice as well. Would definitely recommend !
