Super convenient with short walk to Liberty Square. The place looks just like in photos. Nino's communication is very fast, responsive and helpful. The bed is great, firm and clean (we haven't tried the single bed on upper floor tho. lol) Washing machine with dryer is just on balcony opposite to the room with load of 6 kg and 3 kg for dryer. :)

Hello, we liked the apartment, very nice, wonderful balcony)) clean. Attractions within walking distance. It is very convenient that the keys to the apartment in the safe do not have to worry about the exact time of arrival.

The house was wonderfully furnished, and the linens were immaculate. Nino had thought of everything to the finest detail. The location of the house is very central, but a little difficult to find, because the entrance to the apartment is a bit old. Nino answered our questions instantly, thank you very much.

Loved the quiet but central location, the immaculate apartment, the rising rock face behind, the neighbourly feel and, of course, Seiran's own big smile and positive vibes. One of the few apartments that I've stayed in over 6 months of traveling that makes you want to just sprawl, there, like a squid on the giant settee in front of the TV with its starscape of channels - was really hard for me to get down to work at times! I'd be wonderfully happy living here, let alone the week I enjoyed. Perfect for people wanting to see Tbilisi but also retreat to a quiet corner of the old town at the end of a long day. Highly, highly recommended!

Spacious apartment with elegant design and a touch of traditional Tbilisi charm. Located in the old town, from where walking along the narrow old streets to the central square takes only 15 minutes. All this at an affordable price! I recommend this place.

The trip to Tbilisi turned out to be amazing thanks to Sergo: he always promptly answered all questions, gave a lot of cool tips before and during our trip to Georgia. I met at the airport and immediately had a short tour of the city center :) The apartment is not for nothing called "Real Tbilisi": it is located in a typical Tbilisi courtyard, a very colorful place. And Sergo gave us all appearances and passwords to establishments only for locals, where we tried khinkali, khachapuri, and wine at very nice prices. The housing itself is clean, pleasant and super stylish. By the way, Sergo makes a delicious wine, I definitely recommend to try it!

We are very glad that we managed to stay here. Cozy bright apartment with high ceilings and convenient location. Near the house there is a stop where you can catch a bus and go up the hill to the amusement park, or to the center of Tbilisi (which can always be reached on foot). A few steps away is a convenience store. The apartment is quiet and bright. It’s cool in winter, but if you turn on the stove, it will become comfortable. There were no slippers, not enough toilet paper and matches, but these are little things that you can always buy. The landlord Seyran is a very sociable, polite and attentive person. Thank him and this accommodation for a wonderful stay!

This is an excellent place to stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in an ideal location. Beds are comfortable, and the kitchen stocked with basics. I would recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Tbilisi.

The apartment is exactly the way you see it in the pictures. The locations is in the very heart of the city: many of the main attractions are at very little walking distance (Georgian Museum, Opera House, Liberty Sq, etc). You can also walk easily to the old city. The apartment is located on the second floor of an old building and is fully renovated with very good taste, clean and safe. I recommend this apartment if you want to stay in che center of the city and feel safe (police station just in front of the building)

Stayed in the apartment for the New Year. We got by taxi, found a house without any problems, the assistant hostess met us. By our arrival, the apartment was cleaned, everything was clean! Very nice interior, chic view from the window. The apartment has everything you need, up to a small first-aid kit, hairdryer, iron, ear sticks, etc. Go to Rike Park on foot for about 15-20 minutes. By taxi to the center about 6 GEL (taking into account the fact that the New Year, and the prices are slightly higher). In general, we are satisfied, we will safely recommend you to friends друзьям

Apartmant has a really great view on the river and the city. Place is just lovely and spacious. David was very helpful, we even had a chance to meet him and person and he recommended us several things to see and do. Overall - great place to stay, close to many things!

Very good location, walked around the old city on a daily basis, there are museums, cathedrals, administrative buildings, a metro station, and excellent transport interchange. The funicular is also close. The apartment was very clean, the hostess met herself, told everything, showed. Very welcoming !!! There is everything you need for a pleasant stay! Recommend!

You simply won’t find a better place. To the metro station "Freedom Square" 5 minutes walk. Cozy and quiet apartment. Old Tbilisi with its own history. But a stone's throw away is parliament and the modern world. When I return to Tbilisi, I already know where to stay. Only Mary.

Everything is perfect in this apartment: it is large, clean and bright, there is a balcony with a beautiful view of the city, a large and comfortable bed, all the necessary amenities and even more! To the metro go 5 minutes on foot, and if you are by car, then there is a guarded parking in the yard. Grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and banks within walking distance. Elena is a very pleasant and hospitable person, answered all our questions, told and showed everything.

The apartment is conveniently located near the subway station. The lighting is very good, the view is wide, and the living is very comfortable. The only thing is to suggest a little more space for the shower.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Tbilisi. A bit dark, but in Tbilisi, basically all the apartments located on the 1st floor are like that. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary, comfortable beds, heating (we were a little hot), a huge bathroom, and, of course, a bonus-billiard room. The location is magnificent, behind the parliament building, near a bunch of shops and cafes, to the old city, 7 minutes on foot. I recommend Nona's apartment to everyone!

Very good experience in Nona's flat. The apartment has two comfortable double rooms and a big living room. Bathroom is really big and all the necessary are available. The pool is really a plus!we played some games. Nona has been really nice and keep our luggage the last day after the check out since our flight was very late in the night.

The house is in an ideal location, the owners are just super. The mother of the hostess treated us to homemade khachapuri that are just perfect for taste. The house was all clean and very comfortable. If you are by car you do not need to worry about parking because there is a parking place in the courtyard. I advise everyone to this house for sure you will not regret it.

A very clean, stylish and nice place to stay in the center of Tbilisi with picturesque view on both historical and new parts of the city. Feels like home. All amenities available including a washing machine. Host Nona was very amiable and helpful, and even helped me with my luggage. Small note to those who might struggle with stairs, 5th floor elevator is half a storey below the apartment so you might need to carry your baggage upstairs on your own.

Very nice apartment in the very center of the city! The apartment is clean and bright. There is everything necessary for comfort. The highlight of this apartment is of course its veranda, from which you can see an incredibly beautiful panorama of the whole city !!! The metro is within walking distance (5min). You can also walk 10 minutes to the most hip and atmospheric place in Tbilisi - Fabrica. Well, of course, our host was very friendly and helpful, always ready to help !!!

You need to go uphill to housing, but this was not a problem - firstly, we were glad to lose a little calories after the famous Georgian khachapuri-khinkali))), secondly, you can always call an inexpensive taxi to the house, if you are really tired for a day . Nice little apartment, everything is fair in the description. If you arrive in the evening, you may not find it right away in the dark, but the instructions from the owner are detailed, just read carefully.

Giorgi’s place is very centrally located and close to all the main attractions, so one can easily walk everywhere. The place is very authentic and Giorgi is very easy to communicate with and is a very hospitable person.

Little apartment perfect for a visit to Tbilisi. It is in a great location, only minutes from the metro, restaurants, shopping, a park and taxis’. It has a wonderful view of the city from the terrace. It has door locks to secure entry into the building and apartment area, including door locks on other doors in the apartment. The agent let me drop my bags early, and gave me the key for an early check in. The apartment is newer and well maintained. Everything you need including a little kitchen with a hot plate and washer. The agent responded quickly to all communication.

NONA was such an amazing host, she’s so kind and has such a delightful personality! ✨ The location was amazing, it was peaceful and safe. It has soooo many restaurants and cafes. Mari answered us very quick and we could check in just in 30 minutes after our booking. Mari’s apartment was warm (which is highly needed in winter time) with separate entry on a ground floor. We could even park our car near the entry which is very seldom feature in a city side. Mari is a very good host. Highly recommended.

I loved staying here, it was a really cozy stay. Mariam and her family are so sweet and lit the fire for me one night and bought me cake and juice! The place is roomy and warm and perfect for couples or small families. Its also steps away from the heart of town.

Mariam's apartment is perfect. It is wonderfully spacious (much more spacious than the photos suggest) and it has everything one looks for in an Airbnb - a great host, comfort, cleanliness, and ideal location. This apartment should be your first choice when staying in Tbilisi.

It is a 3-minute walk from Liberty Square and is close to all kinds of attractions. The most central location of the old town is very convenient to go out. The entire garden and the house have exclusive space, which is perfect. The host's mother also brought handmade wine and desserts, which made us feel warm in the winter of this epidemic in China. Hope to stay here next summer

Mariam was very helpful, friendly and responsive. The apartment is spacious and in a great location in a quiet side street near Freedom Square. Very comfortable apartment in the heart of Tbilisi. As close as possible to the sights and the modern city center! The apartment was even more spacious than I expected. But everyone who is traveling to Tbilisi for the first time needs to be prepared that it can be cool in the house during the summer. Most likely, due to the peculiarities of the construction (not the first apartment in Tbilisi is already a bit cool). I would like to separately note the hostess! Mariam was very considerate and responsive, helping to find another accommodation when we decided to stay longer (Mariam's apartment was already occupied, unfortunately). In general, I advise you to stay with her.

The room is located on the street of Zai Ke. Old house, toilet and bathroom are not together with the house. Taking a bath in winter is a bit troublesome. But it smells like an old house.

Location indeed is really good. The whole house has a vintage feel, in my room there were a lot of small details, that made the space look well thought of and stylish. The owner was nice, showed around, suggested a few things and was ready to answer to any questions that I had.

Nana's place was one of my favorite AirBnB's ever. Very peaceful and calm, it included two rooms: a bedroom and a private kitchen/dining area. Nana and her family were very kind, even offering to drive me to the bus station for free. The location was great, right in the center of Old Tbilisi and less than 2 miles from the central train station. The first night was perfect. The second night was still good, although there was an old man talking until one or two o'clock in the morning. Not sure if that was from Nana's apartment or one of the neighbors. Response time was really great. I was able to book the same day no problem and get prompt responses. Would definitely select this place if I am ever in Tbilisi again.

My stay with Nana though brief was exactly what was needed. Definitely recommend for solo traveler needing a couple days to land on their feet in Tbilisi.

extremely close to freedom/liberty square. the space is real clean, unique & easy to get to. everything you’d ever need is inside. I just wish it wasn’t halfway around the world, I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to the beautiful city of Tbilisi.

Great location, close to the center of the city. This studio apartment is very stylish, decorations are beyond tasteful. For the price, the place is amazing, plus you will get some really exciting selfies! The only thing is that the walls are thin and it’s easy to hear the neighbors, but it’s not a big deal as the house and the yard is quite most times. I still recommend booking this place! Hostess communicated very quickly and was really helpful with everything. Thank you.

Gwanza is a very hospitable and punctual host. The interior is beautiful, everything was super!

The apartment was clean, with some very cool piece of furniture and very well located (you can walk everywhere!). The self check-in option works perfectly and Gvantsa was so nice to let us leave our luggage in the apartment till late, as we had a night flight. The only thing you may want to know is that the apartment is a little bit smaller than in pictures but it is just as beautiful as it seems. If I go back I'll definitely stay here again!

Hello! Guys!! Who is looking for coziness and warmth at home to you here !! The real feeling of coming home. The apartment is special. The interior of the apartment has been preserved since the time of construction, and has something in common with modern times, the repair is fresh, the flooring, some wall decoration is preserved, which makes it unique !!! It even seemed to me that the owners managed to maintain a special aura))) The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary up to the dishwasher. Our arrival was early, in spite of this we were settled, the heating was turned on which pleasantly surprised. Self chek inn feature too! The location of the apartment is convenient near the market and pharmacies and transport stops. A taxi will take about one dollar / three lari to the old city. Right under the KFC house. The apartment is ideal for a couple or three people. Thank you Sali and George for the warm welcome, we will definitely be back !!

We stayed at Nino’s place just one night, but the stay was quite pleasant. The location was very good, right near the Liberty square. Communication was quick, self check-in super easy. Good value for the money.

The apartment is a new building with large and clean spaces. There are also many utensils to cook. I also prepared honey especially for breakfast. I will use it again if I come to Debilisi again.

You can walk to the center and the old town. Nearby are several convenience stores. There are also some good cafes nearby. The hostess is very hospitable, sociable and punctual, left us treats. I was amazed by your helpfulness in the middle of the night! The checkout was also super easy. Although we were probably not the best guests as we got very unlucky with our own clumsiness (As we put the key in the wrong door...), we were welcomed and handled in remarkable way, that isn’t obviously found anywhere else! Regarding the appartement: it was clean, beautiful, well situated and with a nice balcony. I highly recommend the place! Sorry again for the inconveniences.

Aleksandre's apartment is really nice and cozy. It has all necessary amenities for normal living as tableware, washing machine and extras like hair dryer. The flat was warm and clean. I had no problem finding the location, as the host provided detailed information. The street where is located is a bit steep, which may be a problem for someone, but I personally find it as a really cool way to explore typical Tbilisi's life. I can only recommend this place.

Aleksandre is a lovely host, who made us feel very welcome in his airbnb. The only issue was that it was so cold to take a shower! Otherwise it was very enjoyable.

We spent 6 weeks in this sunny apt. Location is excellent! Avlabari is authentic old Georgia. You can walk to shops, great cafes, vegetable and fruit stalls, and grocery/pharmacies in minutes. The building is secure and well maintained. Bedding is top quality, kitchen user friendly. Light, bright and clean. Hosts were available and responsive. We will stay here again. The price may be a tiny bit higher than some, but the amenities and hosts make this well worth it.

Ani and Gaga are great hosts. They were very helpful and responded to our inquiries promptly. Their place is very nice. We felt at home during our stay.

Check in and check out without any questions. The owners even gave tips on cafes and attractions. The center seemed larger, but we did not even use the subway. 10 minutes on foot - and the center. Gaga&Ani's house is about a ten minute walk from Avlabari subway station, and it's not difficult to drag the box. Although they are surrounded by old houses, their houses are in a very new apartment building with elevators. From the apartment to the Holy Trinity, Tbilisi Old Town, Peace Bridge, Stalin Underground Printing Factory and other attractions are very close, we are all walking, no problem. The house itself is also very warmly arranged. It is no different from the picture. My mother is a clean woman. She said that this is the most satisfying house for her whole journey. It can be seen that the owner has spent his thoughts. Any question from check-in to check-out is also answered and resolved very quickly. This apartment of Gaga&Ani is highly recommended!

This particular apartment is in the heart of the city center and is great for accessing the many attractions Tbilisi has to offer. The apartment is stylish and modern, which provides a comfortable living space for any visit.

Eka’s place is great! It is the perfect size for a solo traveler or for partners. The apartment is in a great location and there is so much to do around the area. We really appreciated having a washing machine in the apartment, as well. Check-in is super easy and Eka was very helpful with arranging a car to pick us up at the airport. I would stay in this apartment again, for sure!

Great apartment, great view and location. Two steps away there is everything you need: a grocery store, a pharmacy, fresh bread and the subway. And the bed turned out to be the best of all, from which it was sometimes difficult to get out - very comfortable :–)
